The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women (VSPW) is a unique 18-month, fully residential, management and personal growth programme - and perhaps the world’s first such initiative - focused on providing an MBA-like education to graduate women together with skills on how to navigate professional challenges and have a successful career.

A group of pre-eminent women in India and abroad have come together to support and endorse this programme - our Board of Advisors includes Madeleine Albright, former US Secretary of State; Meenakshi Gopinath, former Principal of LSR; Chhavi Rajawat, sarpanch of Soda village; Vinita Bali, former MD of Britannia; Joanna Barsh, author of ‘How Remarkable Women Lead’ and management consultant with McKinsey in the US; Ireena Vittal, independent director and formerly a partner with McKinsey; and several others.

These young women will be exposed to an MBA type course, together with courses in leadership, the liberal arts and in critical thinking and communication – all the skills that are essential for professionals in the 21st century. We have high quality faculty committed to teaching at Vedica from across the world and from within India. There are several unique features to this programme such as:
