National Institute of Fashion Technology, Hyderabad commonly known as NIFT Hyderabad was established in 1995 and offers several UG and PG level degree courses for eligible students. At UG level, the college offers 5 specializations under Bachelor of Design programme and Bachelor of Fashion Technology in 1 stream.

NIFT offers 2 years full time post graduate level degree courses. The details of the courses are tabulated below:

Eligibility criteria

The candidates must have completed their Graduation in respective discipline in which they are aspiring to pursue Post Graduation from any recognised college/University.

Selection criteria

The candidates are selected on the basis of the selection process which comprises a written examination comprising a General Ability Test (GAT) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) for shortlisted candidates of the written examination.
For M.Des, a Creative Ability Test (CAT) is also taken by the authorities along with GAT.
