Knitting Dyeing Finishing Quality Assurance Merchandising Planning Our process of selection will be as follow. We will shortlist candidates based on Education grades Communication Attitude Professional presence & grooming Technical assessment The shortlisted candidates will be given a 3 months internship. During their internship, they will be paid a stipend of 10,000/-. Post their internship, based on the business requirement the potential candidates will be recruited and the offer will be 25,000/- per month gross salary and the CTC will be around 360,000 per annum. Post their selection, the selected candidates will get into a Management Trainee program for 12 months. Upon successfully completing the program, the candidate will be placed in their specialised function.
