Placement Experience :

Our college maintains close tie-ups with many companies from different sectors. The placements are pretty good and internship assistance is also provided in our college. A student of SSBF stands a chance to secure a package of around 6 LPA on average. The Axis Bank and ICICI Bank led the recruitment rounds offering the maximum number of job offers to the students. Apart from these two financial organizations, other companies that recruited students from our batch includes E&Y, Dena Bank, Religare, Standard Chartered, etc.

College Events :

AARAMBH is a theatrical group in the college and it was an owner to be a part of the group. Impressa was an event organized with a theme of harnessing the mindset of future leaders. It saw participation from numerous other top B-Schools. Inter-collegiate volleyball tournaments, chess tournaments, badminton tournaments, and many more tournaments are also organized in our college. Our college pays a high emphasis on sports, in order to push students towards an overall development and teamwork skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

I paid around INR 6.4 lakhs as my first-year fee and for the second year, I paid around 6.2 lacs. The course fee was pretty expensive for me and I wasn't able to secure any scholarship for this program. The total course fee was 2 lakhs for the two-year course. The university fee structure is pretty feasible and on par with other universities. Our college provided us world-class facilities and top-notch learning experience. I was pretty satisfied with the fee structure.

Placement Experience :

Our college has a pretty good placement record. A number of companies visit our campus during the summer placement and internship placements and even in between. Dedicated mock interviews were organized, in order to channel our thoughts in a particular direction. Companies like Andhra Bank, Canara Bank, Credit Suisse, DCB Bank, DenaBank, E&Y, HDFC Bank, visit the campus for recruiting students for a number of profiles. Average packages offered to the students from my batch were somewhere around 7 LPA while the highest package offered was around 9 LPA.

Remarks :

Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance is pretty great both academically and otherwise. The infrastructure and facilities provided were top-notch. The institute is capable enough to give you an extra edge specifically in the field of Financial Management. Faculty was exceptionally supportive and teaching was very good. Placements do have a scope of improvement, but it's still worth the pain.

Faculty :

The faculty was very qualified and pretty friendly. We shared a good bond with them. They all were qualified with a relevant degree and an exceptional amount of discipline. All of them had a plethora of experience in the field of the financial sector, working in close proximity to the top management. Classroom sessions included a lot of case study analysis, discussion, and presentations, etc.
