Admission :

I applied at this particular college because my cousin is a pass out from this college. I applied at the college with all of my academic details and entrance exam scores. Competition is pretty stiff, since there are only 60 seats for the program. College is pretty flexible with the eligible criteria and the administration department was very supportive during the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was pretty awesome and detailed. It made us capable of successfully managing administration of a medical facility, as well as the nuances of expanding our business. We learned a lot from the curriculum, like the economics, financial management, resource management, etc. And all that from a perspective of hospital.

Campus Life :

Our college is rigorously active in terms of extracurricular activities. Be it a sports activity or a festive celebration, we celebrated everything. The cultural events brought students from different department and different culture, to perform together. Annual day and sports day celebration were major in our college.

Placement Experience :

Placements are great here in our college. The college has close tie-ups with both government and private institutes and annually invites these organizations for on-campus placement drive. Companies that visited during my batch were Fortis, Max, NHM, etc. During these placements, students stand to secure a placement package of around 6 LPA on average, while some even secured a package as high as 13 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Our fee structure was on the higher side, but the facilities and amenities provided were mostly good. For the first year, I paid INR 5,40,000 while for the second year, I paid 3.4 lacs. The classrooms and canteen of the college are average. The library of the college is good. The college has good labs, auditorium, free wi-fi, etc. and other above par amenities would justify the fee.

Alumni/Alumna :

Many alumni visit our campus for multiple reasons. It started with our batch in 2019 when Jaipur and Bangalore campus organized the alumni meet. Some alumni visit to be the judge in an event/competition, while some share their personal journey to motivate students. One frequent agenda of alumni meet is to provide a platform for the exchange of thoughts among the students and alumni.

My IIHMR admission was done on the basis of entrance exam and personal interview. I applied with my MAT exam and waited for the results to be declared. After getting shortlisted I was invited for the GD/PI round. Different factors hold different weightage in the selection process. A merit list is prepared on the basis of various factors like entrance exam scores, graduation marks, personal Interview, group discussion, statement of purpose (SOP), etc.

Campus Life :

Many extracurricular activities are including workshops on a variety of topics like a sustainable future, enhancing the standard of higher studies, the future of the healthcare industry and many more. The musical concert featuring Ustad Sabir Khan was one of my personal favorites. Founder day, Stroke day, Diwali celebration and a lot of other events are organized throughout the year.

Our course curriculum was pretty good and thorough. Students stand to gain a lot from this course. My family is into the healthcare business itself. The course curriculum made me capable enough to manage the business and expand our reach. Exam Structure :

The exams were very well spread out, giving us enough time to work on subjects well before hand the 1st semester though was hectic because of the number of subjects we had and the exams being back to back. But this is usually the case in every college, and that's where the students learn time, stress, schedule management, etc. Also, this was the most fun part when we just started with college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It gave a wholesome view and details on the specialization the internship which was part of the curriculum was very rewarding in terms of knowledge gained by students. Getting a good outlook of the corporate world well before we stepped into it was the good part. The course structure was organized and helped gain understanding of all key areas in healthcare and hospital industry.

Remarks :

No bad remarks of course my review headline itself states "best college experience" I would love to go back to college and relive those days over and over again. DO not miss on the opportunity if you get admission in SIHS. You will definitely learn a whole new level to your corporate experience and aspects of your specialization.

The facilities provided on campus were remarkable, especially the sports facilities. Our college has a beautiful cricket ground, football ground, tennis court and many other sports gear in order to push the students to actively take part in the sports activities. You can also find facilities like a Bank, a temple, grocery stores and some of the finest labs.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was prescribed by the university. For the first two semesters we studied about the general management including subjects from a variable domain. It was followed by a summer internship. And from third semester onward we studied Hospital management. Course structure was pretty relaxed.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Our college was a bit expensive in terms of the course fee. I paid almost 4 lacs for the two year program, which was our of budget to be honest. Even though the facilities provided were top notch but I still feel the fee could have been a little less for a specific course.
