Nitya Bhardwaj Admission Experience

Did you avail of the benefit of any reservation?

Nitya Bhardwaj: “General (No reservation)”

Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Nitya Bhardwaj: “The Group Discussion was set in an online mode. There were around 6-7 members and everyone got a fair chance to speak and put forth their opinions. There were 2 moderators and we were given 14-15 minutes to complete the entire GD, including the opening lines, the actual discussion, and the conclusion.

The WAT was also held online and around 15 minutes were given to write with a word limit as a constraint. There was only one question to be answered.

A tip for the Aspirants- Once you've articulated your thoughts, make sure you spend the last minute reading what you've written and try to make it error-free."

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Nitya Bhardwaj: “It was something like-

‘I was granted a special power to live underwater but I'm hydrophobic.’ "

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Nitya Bhardwaj: “I inclined towards the fact that life can be hard sometimes and how you should never lose hope and then turned it into a life lesson by quoting some examples.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Nitya Bhardwaj: “I'm unsure about the number of panels. When it was my turn, there were 2 panelists (they did not disclose if they were a part of the Faculty or the Alumni group. The interview too happened online. Mine lasted for about 25-30 minutes. It started with an extempore on a case wherein I had to provide the necessary solutions for the company. It was a really smooth interview, the panelists made it very comfortable and wanted to know me as a person.

Tip- Never fake yourself in an interview. They want to know who you really are and when you be yourself, it leaves an impact. "

Ans. I explained that reading has made me who I am today and it's more than just a hobby for me. It has rather become a necessity for me. (Then they asked for a list of novels that I've read. Apparently, my favorite novel was also on the list of one of the panelist's favorite novels, so there was a discussion on it.)
