Did you avail of the benefit of any reservation?

Anwesha Nayal: “General (No reservation)”

Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Anwesha Nayal: “So, thanks to the pandemic, we had our WAT session online. Giving you a brief about the process, we had a walk through of the entire process on a zoom link shortly before the actual WAT. Sir I-dont-remember-his-name warned us about the all the malpractices the previous batch had used. Apparently, they had copy pasted wrong content from Google on their WAT. That got me wondering what is it that you'd find on Google about an abstract topic. But that was dismissed quickly, as I had my own mountain to conquer for the moment. The WAT was supposed to be for 20 min in which you'd be provided a link of a Google form where in you'd have enter your deets and then read the case statement and provide your opinions/solutions.. My one only tip for the upcoming aspirants would be learn to organise your thoughts and put them in writing, that's all you'd need to ace this.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Anwesha Nayal: "Though I don't have a precise memory, but of little bit I can recall. My topic was on the lines of the impact of terrorist attack on the lives of an average human being.”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Anwesha Nayal: “Due to some technical glitches, I wasn't about to elaborate much on the ideas I had in the initial 4 minutes. Though I did capture points that reflected the physical and mental impacts on all stratas of the society and cited a few examples.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Anwesha Nayal: “PI too was on an online setup for me. And it was the time to redeem the blunders that happened in PI. So I went all in. Made sure I justified each answer I gave. Never being negetive at any point.”

Mention at least 5 interview questions that were asked to you and your responses to each of them.

Anwesha Nayal: “So I had a panel of 3 male members. One of them had decided he'll not let me have my way easily. And it was this very person who started the PI process.

My first question being "What do you know about Michael Jordan" (since I had mentioned his quote on my SOP.

Next one being "5 Female Entrepreneurs"

Next "I see you have inclination towards startups. Why so"

Next "Describe one favourite marketing move by any company"”

Mention 3 reasons why you chose this college over other colleges which you converted (OR if you did not join this college after converting it, mention 3 reasons for not joining it).

Anwesha Nayal: “1. Brand Name

2. Hello ? Mumbai! And being a Mumbaikar myself there's no argument I'd take on that one point

3. Opportunities offered.”

What was the reason for you not converting to other colleges?

Anwesha Nayal: “After 2 broken ankles and multiple half cooked results of too many exams I did not have too many calls this year. NM was my best and I'm glad I could convert it.”
