At last, everything depends on the college you want to opt for. If you are coming to Punjab from any of the places they don’t. The private colleges are not that good in the state. Therefore, don’t fall for the private colleges of Punjab.
For any admission, apply for the university campus and not for the private colleges. Instead, take admission in your city or the native place.
I am not much aware of the procedure of NSIT Dwarka. But lateral entry in Civil Engineering is allowed at PTU. However, you will need to have a Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering.
You cannot take lateral admission at NSIT because there is no civil engineering branch at NSIT. In addition to that, no government college that follows the JAC admission process allows lateral admission.
