Which should I choose among IIIT Lucknow, IIIT Bangalore or IIIT Delhi?

B.Tech programs of 4 years are offered at IIIT Lucknow and IIIT Delhi. IIIT Bangalore is the only institute that offers an integrated program of 5 years and provides both B. Tech and M. Tech degrees to the eligible students at the end of their course of 5 years.

However, M. Tech is not deemed as useful during placements and is considered a waste of a year. The majority of the companies prefer B. Tech graduates over dual graduates.
