I am scoring 690 according to Allens answer key and 695 according to Aakash in NEET 2022. Will I be able to make it to AIIMS Delhi?

First of all, there's nothing to be worried about these things now because eventually, it will all depend only on NTA final answer keys.

As of the records of the previous year, there were a number of Ambiguous questions and many twists and turns occurred due to that. Eventually, we cannot expect this same thing to happen this year and you will get to see those answers in the official key which may not really match with any of the keys given. 

So you know that being worried about it now is totally worthless and eventually you might get surprised and it may be that your marks may increase even.

So just relax for now and get accustomed to the world of Medical and Science, as you have got a long way to go.
