Studying in Ram Mohan College

Remarks :

There was no such process for admission. They just had the cut-off percentage as the eligibility criteria for applying. Once a candidate matches the eligibility criteria about the percentage of marks scored, they directly get their applications approved by the admission department and a list gets out including their names in it. That's the entire process of applying for any course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Since I opted for commerce as my subject in class 12, I had the plan to continue with the same steam at the university level as well. The student ratio was around 50-60 candidates in a class. The teaching faculty was quite casual about their respective roles. Most of the time, the classes didn't have any teachers and the students were found bunking classes and roaming around the campus and outside. No restrictions were there and no such steps were taken if found breaking the rules.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure was not that high. It was quite affordable. During the three years program, there was no hike in the fee structure. There were no scholarships provided to the students or campus job initiatives held on campus.

Campus Life :

Feats were conducted on a routine basis. Candidates were encouraged to participate in the activities of the feats. The library of the college was nice and spacious, however, it didn't have any modern-day books. It was filled with historical books and novels which was not at all helpful for candidates belonging to a science or commerce background. There was no sports or extracurricular activity on campus.
