Remarks :
The entrance exam I took for admission was the management aptitude test(MAT). I took the 93 percentile, and I downloaded the application form from the university's website. It was very easy to download and enroll in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course because it was and is still in trend. The student-faculty ratio wasn't bad as the class again got divided into 2 sections and each dealt with good faculties. The faculty was very educated and had a high knowledge of their particular subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
ONGC were one of them and quality check with a stipend of 10000. The projects that were to be looked at were one with the group of students to be done locally and one was an individual project that has to be seen after the end of 2nd semester.
Placement Experience :
students were eligible for placements after 3 semesters. companies that visited were IDBI bank, ICICI bank, Wipro, TATA, and TCS, the highest package that went was with TCS of 28 lakhs. 80 percent of people were placed and the rest opted out of placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees hike in my time didn't happen to be honest it was a 2-year course so what had been mentioned initially remained till the end of the course, I got a job placement in IDBI bank initially in Bangalore.
Campus Life :
The annual fest was named MAHAMANTRA which was held in September. The amenities were that we had halls equipped with all modern technologies that basically could be called smart classes with ac. Mostly all games were there but cricket hockey football and badminton were topmost.
Hostel Facilities :
Our rooms were equipped with fans because we haven't opted for ac rooms plus it was for two people with a provision of a cupboard bed, mattress we had four different canteens in our hostel campus plus a night canteen food quality in all canteens was good with the daily menu changing and of course, veg and nonveg canteens were different.
Interview Experience :
The topic for my group discussion was how the modern era affects lives in villages. The process was simple initially we had a group discussion session followed by a personal interview with a panel of 3 people each and then 120 were to be shortlisted.
