My review about Gurugram University

PS

Remarks :

The admission process was based on a merit basis with min 90 percent in the first merit list. The application form is in the college itself. Yes, I opted for the OBC reservation. there are also sc and st reservations. I was selected in the first merit list. Recently admission is also based on jee mains result.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course and curriculum is best. I chose this course because no other college or university offers you this course cs with a specialization in Ai course so I chose this course and the college is near . There are 8 to 10 faculty members for the course. the teaching of the faculty is you can say average. but some are very good. The terms and sessional are taken on time. the sessional is easy to pass if you have studied well.

Internships Opportunities :

Most placements are from B pharmacy courses and media courses. and last in a technical department like Btech. In BTech, there were students who were selected as data analyst cloud engineers. with min package of 2-2.5 lack. In pharmacy there is a placement percentage is 80 percent. In the media course, there is 100 percent placement. You have to submit projects for the placements.

Placement Experience :

To my best knowledge, the placements start in the final year. There are many tech companies visited like Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, etc. offering average 5 lacks per annum. The percentage of students' placements is around 30 percent. After getting a degree I'll try for getting a job and maybe I will take admission in MTech course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Starting from the university when it was established. the fees for the CS and AI course was 40000/year.in 2017 to 2020. When I took admission the fee was 50000/year for the same 2021. For the student who has taken admitted in 2022 there, a fee is about 75000. There is a Site called Harchhatravritti. which gives scholarships for the eligibles. Currently, I'm 2nd-year student and studying.

Campus Life :

So there are many clubs running on the campus like technical clubs coding clubs social clubs etc. There are many sports and extracurricular activities like badminton court volleyball ground and basketball ground and many outdoor and indoor games. There are some social groups and clubs like a coding clubs and social clubs and robotics club

Interview Experience :

No it was totally based on merit basis then on the basis of reservation. Talking about admission process first you have to apply for the administration online on the official website. Then you have to go physically for document verification .that's all about admission process. there is no gd or interview.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because according to the market requirement. The faculty is Quite impressive because they are very good at handling the students. Most of the Faculty are Ph.D. holders and they teach very well. Exams were at favorable time periods only and exams were very little bit difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am very fond of computers and mobile devices since my childhood and want to learn the work behind these smart gadgets. Overall faculty students ratio is good it is approximately 1:40. Most of the teachers are M.tech qualified from prestigious universities like Jamia and Aligarh and some PhD holders as well. As far as teaching is concerned, the overall methodology is good and don't expect some game changing scenarios. Most of the time, term exams happen in timely manner. Due to covid there was some sort of irregularities but now it is all good right now. Passing exams is not that much challenging if you have basic understanding of concepts and ability to apply them. Most of questions comes from previous year papers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and communications engineering has wide scope in today's scenario thus I chose this course. The University has well-qualified faculty with vast experience. The teaching methods are orthodox, yeah but the teaching is understandable. There are two sessional exams before the final end-semester exams.

From the 5th semester or 3rd year of Btech, students become eligible for campus placements, and companies like IBM and Samatrix visit the campus for internships and job offers. The highest package was 36 lacs and 100% training and placement. Applying to different companies privately is also an option.
