A teeny tiny look into the life of an MBA

Remarks :

The admission process was very smooth and despite it being an online process, the university made sure that the entire end-to-end interview process was seamless. An application form is a common form with other IIMs and dates vary for each year.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is highly competitive, rigorous, and academic based. The faculty is very helpful in guiding the students throughout the two years and through various courses. Teaching methods are mostly case-based and are very intellectually stimulating.

Placement Experience :

We have the process of our summer internships, which start after the end of the first year, right in the first term itself. Various companies come on campus and selection is based on resumes and various tests and skills.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The return on investment regarding doing your masters from the Indian institute of management, Indore is highly beneficial as placements are great in reputable organizations. The reading materials and all the study requirements are included in the fee structure.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of IIM Indore, called IRIS is extremely fun and engaging for all students on campus. The learning center consists of various books and journals which is a treat to academically driven students. There are various committees and clubs present on campus which caters to various domain of businesses. The classrooms are hi-tech and equipped with the latest technologies. There are ample sports opportunities present for the sports magnet inside each of us.

Hostel Facilities :

I like the cleanliness of my hostel rooms and washrooms. There is a cleaning staff that comes daily and makes sure the hostels are clean and hygienic, The mess food is decent and nutritious, and the menu is catering to all taste buds and all regions of the country. As it is residential program, it is not allowed to rent a room or PG.

Interview Experience :

As it was an online process for the entire admission, there was no Group discussion that was held for the same. Interview was held by two panelists that went on for about half an hour. They questioned me about topics ranging from Delhi, my home state to my know how in Economics, my Undergraduate study.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course as with any other MBA course is hectic. Term 1 will be more of a SIP preparation time. Everyone is concerned about that. Term 2 is academics-heavy. The faculties are top-notch and helpful. We can ask everything after the class also.

Placement Experience:

Final placement is almost 100 percent where multiple multinational companies come and take the student at a high package. Summer placement is also good but the placement is not 100 percent but close to it.
