Course Curriculum Overview :

For first year the faculty is mostly phd scholars and assistant professors . As this goverment college the faculty will teach you less. You must prepare from your ownself. The student teachers ratio in labs is 1:30 and in class1:60

Internships Opportunities :

Edumoon is one of the startup comoany which provides internships to the students of andhra university. The edumoon was created by students of andhra university collegevof enginnering. It is located in incubation center(a-hub).

Placement Experience :

The highest package is 84.5 lakhs in this year. And average package is 4-6 lakhs . As compared to nit's the average packages are same. The percntage of students is more than 90 percent. The top mnc like amazon, adobe , atlassian etc are visted . And top it companies like tcs , wipro, infosys etc are also visited our campus for placments

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are also because of this is goverment university .the fee for btech in information technology is 62000. As this is less when compared to private universites like vit ,srm , amrita etc.. cost of study is less.

Campus Life :

There are department days every year and one national level fest (aurora) which is conducted every year by students of andhra university. There are mainly two clubs that are edumoon and au united clubs . In this there are so many categories like coding , culturals , english etc..

Hostel Facilities :

They arw two types of hostels that are goverment hostel and public private hostels . In goverment hostels the food and menu is very good but there is no maintence and cleaness , fees are less . In public private hostels(self supporting hostels) it is maintained by private workers but it is in the university the fees are high.

The placements are good not that much worse, but all students never get the job. the average package was 4.5lpa and the highest is 30lpa think 60% of people get placed. I want to do a good job not more than that.

One of the best college in vizag

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was an electrical engineering student. I have chosen this course because thinking about the future. As we know that in the future electrical engineers are going to rule the country as we are using more Electric Vehicles. As coming to the faculty-student ratio we see at least 1 faculty for 30-40 students in a branch. The Faculty are well educated and teach well. But there are some people who don't teach well. Coming to Term exams for one academic year we have 2-semester exams. It isn't difficult to pass we need to study at least 60 per cent of the syllabus to pass the exam.
