Remarks :

There are no such criteria for this course but for you to be eligible for the scholarship provided by the college you must have a good percentage in your 12th boards, After admission scholarship is based on your in-semester exam CGPA and attendance of each semester.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose biotechnology as an interdisciplinary course though we enter many sectors of life science, The teaching method of the faculty is really good they give students presentation which makes up their internal marks and helps the students in being more confident. The Faculty ratio of my college is 1:30. All teachers are Ph.D. holders.

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 56000 per year

Placement Experience :

Depending on the course students after 2-3year starts to sit in placements, many domestic companies like sawdust, tech Mahindra and international companies like pansies smart solutions have come for biotechnology placement with 3-4lakh package

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is moderate as compared to other universities but after the university has got a grade A+++, they increased the fees of all the courses, students from outside India are given imprese benefits and the Bihar government also provides their students with DRCc scholarship.

Campus Life :

Due to COVID condition, it was not possible to organize a university-level fest, but some small department level is always happening in the university, The library is comfortable and has all the books for my course.

Hostel Facilities :

There are total of 12 Hostels with both single and double seater room with attached bathrooms and AC for girls and boys, girls hostels have strict timings, and rooms are given on to first come basis because girls only have 5 hostels.

Hostel Fee : INR 72000 per year

Inside Mewat Engineering college : A detailed exploration of campus life, academics and beyond.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am very fond of computers and mobile devices since my childhood and want to learn the work behind these smart gadgets. Overall faculty students ratio is good it is approximately 1:40. Most of the teachers are M.tech qualified from prestigious universities like Jamia and Aligarh and some PhD holders as well. As far as teaching is concerned, the overall methodology is good and don't expect some game changing scenarios. Most of the time, term exams happen in timely manner. Due to covid there was some sort of irregularities but now it is all good right now. Passing exams is not that much challenging if you have basic understanding of concepts and ability to apply them. Most of questions comes from previous year papers.
