Remarks :

Basically, the admission process is done by the performance of two entrance exams i.e CGPET & JEE mains, The cut-off criteria is 75% or above (JEE) & Rank 500 below (CGPET), after the counselling at DTE (Directorate of Technical Education) led by Document Verification is done. Admission is completed after depositing the fees (40-41 K) for First Sem & all the documents mentioned in the application form.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The competitive enthusiasm among students, I scored less in JEE though I got the Electronics Telecommunications branch initially I was upset due as I wanted the computer science branch but later I realized that Electronics Telecommunications can be a future great opportunity due to our teachers. Our class Consists of 40-45 students headed by a Subject teacher, along with it we are provided with Mentor who keeps an eye on our studies and co-curricular activities. Most of the Faculty have pursued Mtech and PhD along with many research papers and teaching with digital mode projectors. Class Test & Assignment that revises & .helps a lot to score well on Semester Exams

Internships Opportunities :

Nowadays Infosys, L&T, and IBM are planning well-planned internship programs. On the subjects of Data Science & Internet of Things. The Telecommunications department has the internship at Railway, Airtel, Door Darshan, BSNL

Placement Experience :

After 5 Sems you become eligible to sit in campus placement exams. One of our Students has cracked Google the last year only. The average package lies between 6-7 lakhs per annum The highest package was 14 lakhs per annum 75 -80% of students are got placed while the rest students seek further studies Approximately this year 80 companies visited our college Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, IDBI and etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The Yearly fees of College are nearly (78-80000) / per year The Hostel+ Mess fee is nearly (70000) / per year. Scholarship Opportunities like National Scholarship Portal, CG Post Matric Scholarship, and FFE Scholarship are provided here (1 at a time)

Campus Life :

OJAS is the Annual Fest followed by a number of activities and fest also the TeDx. Such an ample amount of books are there in the central library with journals competitive section books, novels, and books related to multiple streams. College has a cricket ground, football ground, tennis, badminton, and volleyball court along with indoor games. Hostel Facilities :

The Hostel room is enough for you to stay, rest & study there is a sharing of room between students so that they could be taught brotherhood, sharing & caring. The girl's & Boys' hostels are separated from a distance so that both the section can live & enjoy freely. Mess & Canteen Facilities are provided to the students with enough meals twice a day followed by different menus.

NIT RAPIUR - its not what you expect

Placement Experience:

7th semester. infosys, adobe, and Wipro are some of the leading companies that have visited and total of 649 offers were made in 2022. 57.5 lacs was the highest package offered in the IT branch in 2022. about 65% of students on average get placed in nit raipur every year. doing the job for about 2-3 years I plan on focusing on my skills in music and other things.

I chose the course because I liked the idea of doing electronics and semiconductor design Faculty to student ratio of our college is quite poor. Qualification of the teacher and staff is good but term exams are not timely taken

Why You can choose BIT Durg.

Placement Experience:

In our college from 7 sem students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are visiting this college like TCS. WIPRO, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, LNT, PANASONIC, TECH MAHINDRA, BYSUS, IDBI, and many companies visit here. This year campus placement is quite good highest package was 10 lacs for 10 students and the average package was 4 lacs and the minimum package was 2.5 lacs. Around 70 percent of students got placed in any company. One student cracks Google off-campus. My plans after BTech go for higher studies.

GOOD AND HONEST

Placement Experience:

So, all the students in the fourth year are eligible for campus placements. Different companies like TCS, WIPRO, etc. come here for placement. So the highest package here goes to 13-14 lakhs and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Most of the students who get placements are from the CSE branch.

Placement Experience:

NIT Raipur provides wonderful placement and internship opportunities for its students. There are major placements for CSE and IT stream students. Companies like ADOBE, AMAZON, VISA, Deutsche Bank, OPTUM, ORACLE, Arcesium, DE-Shaw, Deolite, TCS, Accenture, and many others visit for both internship and placement opportunities. There is around 95% placement from CSE, IT, and Electronics streams having the highest package of around 55 lakhs and an average of around 18 lakhs.
