Remarks :

Any student had maths in class 12 can opt for this course. Visit the admissions desk to get more information. The admission process is a bit clumsy. They don't clarify much but the process is very rapid

Course Curriculum Overview :

The current syllabus pattern is so messed up but the faculties are brilliant. They are the only self-efficient reason to choose this college. About the exams. you won't be finding it too tough to pass. But tough enough to get a good score

Class Size : 32Course Fees : INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience :

The university has been set up in 2018. So it's at it very little age for big placement opportunities. The average package of students after getting a bachelor's degree from the statistics department is around 7LPA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They have few scholarship opportunities depending on the marks in HS. 90 per cent of UP students will be benefited much from the schemes otherwise these are for no good. Without the scholarship, the fees could go up to 30000 per semester

Campus Life :

No fest scheduled yet but authorities gonna schedule one very soon hopefully. The library is suffering from a lack of people to manage otherwise it has a good stock. They have enough infrastructure but the management is very sick. But we hope with time it gonna be fixed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Mathematics because it is really an interesting subject and I study it with great curiosity. The faculty is extremely good with brilliant professors who help the students at their best in every way possible. The students get engrossed in their studies by the environment. The professor teaches very nicely by making the students understand each concept minutely. They come up with different ways so that the topics become comparatively easy to grasp. 6-semester exams will be held in the 3 years course. Two end semesters in one year. Internals are taken by the professor before the end semester. A student can easily pass these exams if he/she studies diligently.

Basically, I choose this course because I love coding. But in our department, there is a small problem we have only 3 faculty members. But those faculty members are quite good they help us with various topics. The exam is taken every 6 months like other collages.

Course Curriculum Overview:

All of the professors are good at this college. All of them are well qualified and they have done their PhD from well-known institutes. They teach very well in an interactive way. They are very friendly and they also give guidance about higher studies. There are 2 exams per semester. One is internal and the other is the final semester exam. This college is not an autonomous one but it is under Calcutta university. Internal exams are easy but since it is under CU so final sem exam can be tough, it depends on the university of Calcutta.

My internship experience

Placement Experience:

When we complete 4th semester we are eligible for the placement program. 30-40company and many offers were made vas it was the time of covid19-20 the placement were held online. Hyatt, Oberoi, ITC etc were some top companies. Highest package was around 8-9lacs. Average was around 4-5lacs. 50 percentage was placed. I don't know exact percentage. Planning for masters .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am studying Zoology Honours there. I chose the course because that's my field and I wanna do something big in life science. The Faculty: Student Ratio in our department is really good. It's around 1:10. The teachers are really qualified in their subject. Most of them have done research in their own field. Their teaching method is student-friendly and they teach in English and Bengali. The terms are running timely as of now and the exam difficulty depends upon how you pay attention to it. As teachers, there are very good in terms of completing the syllabus on time.

Placement Experience:

For some departments, there is a scope of placement. For our department, we were offered to seat in placements. TCS, WIPRO, ICICI, etc companies came and the average package was around 3 lakh per year. But most of the students don't seat for placement because they're willing to go for higher studies. After doing B.Sc one can crack IIT JAM JEST TIFR-like exams to opt for M.Sc. in IITs and in a reputed research organization. Similarly after BA, one can go for MA
