Nowadays, everything relies on technology, so choosing computer science as my career is the best option for me.
We have a society called Ecell, which organizes an Internship camp where 200 companies come to offer internships with a minimum stipend of 4000. Thus, the internships provided here are of very good quality.
Placement at KIIT is awesome for the Royal members of the University, especially for the CSE students. There are a lot of companies visiting KIIT for recruitment purposes.
The toppers of each branch and semester get scholarships, which is a good amount of about 10000 per month.
Extracurricular activities are excellent. They have a dance club, a singing club, a nukkad club, and a Dsc club by Google. They have well-equipped labs for all departments of mechanical, electrical, civil, and electronics. They also have gyms and courts for all games.
The hostel is one of the best found in India, with all facilities including an attached washroom, canteen, and lift. It is a 2-sharing AC hostel with power backup, parking facility, and a TV in the canteen for watching football and cricket.
Best in infrastructure, college atmosphere, and a no-ragging environment. Up to the mark price, excellent food and living arrangements, well-managed class timings, well-maintained gyms, playgrounds, and societies that encourage talents.

Dislike

The course structure is pathetic because, in the final semesters, they offer optional subjects. However, you cannot choose anything on your own due to the absence of faculties to teach them.
This is a very expensive college, and people who study here have to pay from their pocket or take a loan.
Companies like Amazon, SAP, Bosch, and Deloitte come to campus, but dont just go with the names. The competition is fierce among 6000 students for around 200 jobs in these companies.
Scholarships are provided if you rank in the top, which is very difficult, and no scholarship is provided otherwise.
The mess food is terrible; there are no separate kitchens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Placement is the one thing for which the college is known; otherwise, the administration is very poor and the decision-making capacity of the higher authority is worst.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Computer science subject is my dream domain I like to play with software gaming and codes which s why help us to choose this branch Students faculty ratio is 20:1. Kiit allows good professors forb1st yr students and faculty to have basic knowledge about the subject. In terms of computer science Dsa and daa Dr amulya Ratna is awesome teaching skills. COA HOSC Cloud computing - Bindu Agarwal is very interactive lectures

Remarks:

As far as eligibility is concerned there are two options either you qualify gate examination then you directly apply for Mtech programs and 2nd one for non-gate candidates you have to appear in KITEE and score a good rank of nearly 10k to get admission. We can apply for the mentioned program from KITEE.AC.IN/admission sections online. The application fee is 5.5 lac each year for MTech batch students. As far as reservations are concerned 15% and 7.5%of kitee seats will be reserved for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe respectively. 3 % for physically challenged The admission process is a very systematic and smooth way. No improvements needed
