Chandigarh University M.Sc Eligibility

M.Sc (Full-time): Bachelor's degree with a minimum 50% aggregate (45% in case of SC/ ST category) or its equivalent in a relevant field, subject to qualifying CUCET conducted by Chandigarh University.

M.Sc (Lateral Entry): PG Diploma in Forensic Science with at least 50% marks in aggregate or PG Diploma in Ballistics/ Digital Forensic / Cybercrime with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

The candidates can apply for admission to the M.Sc Program through the Chandigarh University Scholastic Aptitude Test (CUCET). Follow the below-mentioned steps to apply.

Step 1: Register

Sign up or Register for CUCET using your basic information (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender, and Password). Your email address will serve as your username for the portal. Create your own password when you register. If your registration is successful, you will get a confirmation on your given number and email address. Login to your CUCET Account with your Username and Password.

Step 2 - Apply

After creating your CUCET candidate profile, you may proceed to select your examination date. Complete your profile by enrolling into your CUCET account and selecting an examination date that is convenient for you.

Step 3: Submit 

After passing the CUCET, you are eligible for admission to Chandigarh University. Following your CUCET attempt, you will be notified of the outcome, upon which you can apply for admission to the M.Sc Program and receive merit-based scholarships.
