LPU B.Tech Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech: Passed 12th examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as compulsory subjects or equivalent.
- B.Tech Lateral: Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) in any stream or equivalent.

LPU B.Tech Selection Criteria

- JEE Mains-qualified candidates will be exempted from the entrance examination.
- For students scoring more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2 are exempted from LPUNEST.

LPU M.Tech is a 2 year postgraduate program in seventeen disciplines. All the courses are available in full-time mode. Admission to the M.Tech program will be based on performance in the National Entrance and Scholarship Test, LPUNEST.

- Applicants who have qualified UGC (NET/JRF) / CSIR / (NET/JRF) / ICAR (JRF/SRF) / SLET / GATE / GPAT/ holds Teacher Fellowship or passed M.Phil. program is exempted from LPUNEST.
- The exemption is only for LPUNEST, candidates appear for the interview to complete the admission process.

LPU Detailed Application Process 2023 testing
Lovely Professional University (LPU) invites applications in both online and offline modes. Follow the below-mentioned steps to fill out the application form for various courses of LPU:testing
Step 1: Register as a new user
- Visit the official website of LPU.
- Click on 'Apply Now' given on top of the home page.
- Register on the LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender, and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering.
- Login to the LPUADMIT with an already created username/ password
Step 2: Application Process
- Fill out the application form and select the program of your choice.
- Upload the documents.
- Recent Photograph
- Matriculation Marksheet
- Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. If the applicant is claiming a scholarship on the basis of previous qualifications, he/ she is required to submit the previous qualifications exam certificate/mark sheet. In case the exam certificate/mark sheet is not available at the time of filling out the application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted at a later date.

LPUNEST is an online test that acts as a gateway to the program you are interested in. Admission to this program is done based on performance in LPUNEST. In addition, LPUNEST also acts as a Scholarship test and students can avail of huge scholarships based on performance on this test.
- The cost of the Application form and Soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit is INR 1000 (for Boys) and INR500 (for Girls).
- The cost of the Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is INR 1500 (for Boys) and INR 1000 (for Girls).
Step 4: Book the exam slot and appear for LPUNEST
- Book the slot (preferred date and time) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam.

LPU Distance Education Admission 2023
Lovely Professional University, other than its regular classroom classes, also offers various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level via Lovely Professional University Distance Education (LPUDE).
