Course Description

Galgotias University is Situated in Greater Noida. The institute has over 100 undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It enrolls over 15000 students.

It offers a 4 years long B.P:harm program with 20 subjects in total. Students with valid marks in 10+2 level examination with relevant subject are eligible for the program. The admissions to the course is solely based on merit.

Scholarships are also given to meritorious students. With hostel facilities, wifi on campus, placements, this university provides it all for its students. For recreational purposes, students can be part of the NCC, NSS or any sporting activity for which there are clubs as well.

Candidates need to pass 12th board exam with 60% and Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Math/Biology/ Biotechnology.
The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years

For Lateral Entry, Candidates who have passed Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) with minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA will also be considered.

For Migration from Other Universities,

- B.Pharma Ist yr. minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale
- XIIth with 50% and Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Math/Biology/ Biotechnology.

Ans. Yes. There are scholarships. Scholarships are given for students who have got more than 93 % in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 12th standard. Further, fees are waived off for toppers from various boards.

Ans. Yes, the college conducts trials to admit students through the sports quota. Candidates who have represented the country at international tournaments like Asian Games and others will get admission without trials.

Nice experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't want this course, but with time I started liking it. The faculty here is very good. They help with everything. mostly teachers have done Ph.D. Here exams also happen within 2 or 3 months. if we study from the notes they provide passing these exams gets easier
