SHUATS Allahabad is well known for its popular programs such as B.Tech, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, and MBA. SHUATS currently offers its B.Tech programs in 13 different specializations including Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology. Admission to all the undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs is granted on the basis of the SHUATS Online Entrance Test for Agriculture & Pharmacy (SOETAP) and Merit-Based Online Counselling conducted by the SHUATS only. SHUATS B.Tech Admission 2023
The University offers Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) in 13 different specializations. The duration of all the B.Tech courses is four years. Admission to B.Tech is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university, conducted usually in the month of May every year. The application process starts by February.

SHUATS MBA and MCA Admission 2023
At postgraduate level, the university offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) to the students who want to seek admission in management for higher studies. The duration period for the programme is 2 years.

The university offers M.Phil and Ph.D. programs to students who are willing to research in various fields. SHUATS conducts an Entrance Examination for admission to Ph.D. programs to research aspiring candidates.

SHUATS Application Process 2023
- The prospectus and application form can be obtained by sending a crossed bank draft for Rs. 450.00 (i.e., Rs.400/- for Prospectus & Application Forms and Rs.50/- for postal charges) or $30.00 in favour of the Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad by registered post
- Note: (Postal orders/ cheques or money orders are not acceptable)
- The prospectus and application forms will be available on cash payment of Rs. 400.00 (i.e. Rs.400/- for Prospectus and Application Forms ) from the university fee counter on any working day, i.e., from Monday to Friday (09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.)
- The candidates can also choose to apply through online application form available on the university website
- Once form is filled online, a challan will be generated for Rs. 1,200/- for UG and PG programmes and Rs. 1,400/- for B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes, which shall be deposited either at the PNB Bank or at Axis Bank branches PAN India or through SBI net banking (SBI Collect) by way of debit / credit card, etc.; thereafter a copy of the challan duly affixed with a photograph must reach the Registrar’s office positively

Ques. Can I get direct admission to SHUATS?
Ans. No, the SHUATS currently does not offer direct admissions to any of its undergraduate or postgraduate programs and strictly grants admission on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the university only.

Ans. The SHUATS offers the B.Sc (Hons.) in the Agriculture specialization at the UG level in the minimum duration of 3 years via regular mode and the maximum intake in the agriculture specialization is 300.
