SRM University, Delhi NCR Review

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last semester. There are a no. of companies that have visited and offered placements. Some of the students got placements for Rs 9-10 lacs. I want to pursue a career in the judiciary.

Internships Opportunities:

Actually, this is my first year and the University doesn't provide internship opportunities during the first year. But there are regular moot court sessions conducted every week. Many seminars and orientation sessions are also held.

BBA at SRMUH

Placement Experience:

I got an internship in a very reputed firm, the college placement cell helped us throughout the process and even we had grooming classes for interviews and all for the internship and placement as well, many of my friends go PPO too.

Internships Opportunities:

I received a great internship offer I learned a lot from there but mid-way I was not able to continue due to covid 19. after that, we continued offline but the learning experience remained with me after college too.

how was my LLB in SRM UNIVERSITY, SONIPAT

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 5th semester. SRMUH's placement cell assists us in every round of placement. I didn't take placement as I am planning to go for MA LLB, But my friends got placed in recognized companies. the average package was 4LPA for my batch

Internships Opportunities:

In SRMUH I got an internship at a healthcare company, the paid a decent stipend as I was working remotely due to COVID-19. I learned how policies and systems are formed in healthcare, it was a great learning experience and is going to add weight to my cv for my bright career.

Ques. Which college is better for Aerospace Engineering, IIEST Shibpur or SRM University? (Considering everything - from Faculty to Placements)

IIEST Shibpur is a well-known institute in India. Although it has faced some challenges in recent years, it has been making progress. Aerospace Engineering is the newest department at IIEST, having been established in 2011 by branching out from the Mechanical Engineering Department. Despite being a small batch, the department has a lot of potential. When it comes to faculty, IIEST has an edge over SRM. The Mechanical Department, in particular, is considered one of the premier departments at IIEST. IIEST also has better laboratory and infrastructure facilities than SRM, which is important for students pursuing engineering degrees. In terms of placements, both IIEST and SRM are not doing great. IIEST has the excuse of being a new player in the game, while SRM has had the department for a long time. However, IIEST does have slightly better placements than SRM. It's important to note that ranking colleges based solely on placements is not always accurate. Research output is often a more important criterion to consider.
