The residence life offered by the university is set up in such a way that students can feel at home. The eight big residence halls are built keeping in view the resort lifestyle and a chilling atmosphere of the living. Along with all the staple features, students are also allowed to bring mini appliances with them.

The residence halls are as follows:

  1. Aventura hall- This residence hall is specifically built for all the female students. The students have an option to choose between four or eight-room suites. Besides being completely furnished, the hall is located near the main campus restaurant.
  2. Bauer hall- Bauer hall is for all the male students to stay. A student gets two-person rooms to share. They get access to the common areas and also has a private courtyard with seating facility.
  3. Bethany hall- Two female students get to share a room in this hall. They get all the basic amenities along with their private courtyard with seating.
  4. Buena Vida- Along with cable and internet access, the Buena hall is completely furnished for all the students. It has an eight-person suite sharing configuration.
  5. Destino hall- This residence hall is specifically built for all the male students. They have an option to choose between four or eight-room suites. A special attachment is that this hall has a courtyard featuring a fire pit and sand volleyball court.
  6. Esperanza hall- This hall is also for the female students wherein they get to choose between four or eight-person suites. This hall also has a feature of a fire pit and sand volleyball court with its courtyard.
  7. South Pointe- This is a studio-style residence for the students. A total of four to five students can stay together in this. It is built with all the basic and luxury amenities.
  8. Valencia- This one is also a studio style residence hall. It is located near the intramural and soccer fields and several dining venues.

This was the only school that offered me a scholarship for my grades and position I was in. Also, Southeastern was the only college with special education as a Major that I could find! Last but not least, I knew the Lord was calling me there.

Fees:

The first fee is a housing deposit. As a student, you will pay for dorm, Chartwells dining (aka a meal plan), Fire card, and laundry. Everything else is an exception or added if needed.
