Government Medical College, Kota was established in the year 1992 in Kota, Rajasthan. It is one of the first medical colleges in the district of Kota. There are also a number of hospitals and health centres attached to or affiliated with the college, that provide healthcare to the surrounding population. 

The college currently offers MBBS, MD, MS, Diploma, and M.Ch courses in a variety of specializations through 34 different Departments.Admission to all the courses is conducted on an Entrance Basis, all applicants are required to obtain a valid score in the NEET UG/PG entrance examinations.
