The teacher will have 10 marks in their hand. The final exam will be 100, which will then be divided by 2 and added to the best of the two IA scores.
Internship opportunities are provided to students every year. Approximately all the students get internships each year, and that too in good companies. The average stipend amount provided to students is between 15,000 and 25,000 rupees per month.
Placement is good if you have good knowledge; you can make it better, as some very good companies visit the campus every year.
They provide a scholarship of 10,000 for students scoring 9+ pointers in academics by the end of the 1st year. To avail this scholarship, you should also have a good CET ranking of less than 5000.
Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara College of Engineering & Technology, situated in Dharwad, Karnataka, is an awesome college.
I havent opted for the hostel facility, but the college provides a good hostel facility. It also provides good food for the students residing in the hostel. In each room of the hostel, four members stay together.
It feels awesome to have a chance to get an education from SDMCET because it has developed all the scientific temperament in us.

Dislike

In college, very few companies like Mindcraft, Informatica, Oracle, etc., came and hired only 2-3 people.
The placements and job opportunities in this college are not bad; they can be improved further. Unfortunately, the college does not provide or guide internships. We are required to search for internships ourselves, which can be very difficult.
Those who come from CET and COMED-K need not worry, but the management seats are priced higher for middle-class and poor individuals. However, they are relatively cheaper compared to other prominent colleges.
The hostel facilities were good with 24-hour electric power backup. The rooms, although average, had enough space. The cleanliness in the hostel was well-maintained. The food in the hostel mess was good during the first year, but it gradually worsened - becoming bad in the second year and worst in the third year. In the fourth year, I decided to stay out due to the poor quality of food.
College management was one of the concerns which, in my opinion, was not good. There were a few rules and regulations that they used to impose, which were useless and didnt help anyone.

It's all abt the college stuffs.!

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies have come last year and some of them are Tejas networks, Wipro, tata, TCS, radasis. In the core domain, only 11-12 students have got an offer worth 8-10 lakhs per annum. But in the MNC companies like TCS, Wipro's average offer for students is around 3-6 lakhs per annum. And my plans after getting the degree are to join the good fellows and do a master's abroad.

Remarks:

Based on the branch selection the management fees are to be paid for admission. When I selected the electronics and communication branch they asked me to pay 300000 per year. And I had no other option so I took the management quota. The management quota itself is 300000. The next year they increased by around 50000 for juniors.

Those who are interested in yoga and naturopathy can choose this course... faculty are well qualified doctors each subject have ...specialised luctures They used to conduct exams annually according to RGUHS its not too hard

50 percent marks in 12 th standard is eligibility criteria before NEET was mandatory...now its not can apply directly by contacting collage authority application process was simple they will help you to apply

Enjoy the college life

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in the 7th sem and we get top MNC companies to start-up companies about 30 in our placements till now the highest package was 64 lakh per annum by a computer science student. Around 70 to 80 students get placed every year.

Remarks:

As my home is close to this college and has a great name I decided to join this college. As my parents were having known people there it was easy to complete the registration process. In college itself, we will find an administration section where there are people to guide us.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible from the 5th semester of their course for campus placements. The companies such as Infosys, bosch, etc have visited the college. Over 90% of the students get recruited by companies. My main plan is to become the best CEO of a company

Remarks:

The college didn't conduct any entrance exams. But in order to join the college with a BBA course you need to have a minimum of 80%. After having the eligibility, you can go to SDM's official website and apply for the course. There are no application fees. There are some benefits, such as deduction in fees, etc.

Placement is also there in our college and we also had much training for the enlightenment of our career. many reputed companies like Wipro,Infosys,Deloitte and many more had visited our college and also had given knowledge about the selection rounds and package offer

Remarks:

I did not take any entrance test while joining the college but we had eligibility criteria based on pu college that is 12th class percentage. During the admission, the college was very friendly and had a lot of patience to answer our queries, I felt very happy and similarly, like me, all my friends were also very happy.

I choose this course because we have many job opportunities and we can also have an idea of starting a business ... All lecturers in our college are well qualified and have the knowledge to guide us for our future goals... The exams are not too difficult to pass .what they teach us is the same we get in the exams.
