Smt. P.N. Doshi Women’s College was established by the SPRJ Kanyashala Trust, a pioneer in women’s education, in 1960. The college started with five students in BA and has now grown into a multi-faculty institution with five thousand students. College was accredited thrice with ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The college offers numerous conventional and professional courses, diploma courses and add-on courses. Admission to the college is done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the last qualifying examination.

It provides education to nearly 5000 girls through Junior colleges (Affiliated to HSC Board), Degree colleges offering conventional and professional courses as well as Post graduate programs, Diploma Institutes (Affiliated to S.N.D.T. Women’s University), Add-on courses and a Career Institute, all under one roof. The trust also manages two schools, which are from pre-primary section to secondary section (Std. X). The college has a total faculty of around 50 members and all of them are highly experienced. SPN Doshi Placement Cell has tie ups with numerous companies that recruit students from various courses. Some of the top recruiters of this institute are Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc.

Smt. P.N. Doshi Women's College conducts training activities for employability skills, soft skills and certificate courses and other activities like workshops, guest lectures, etc.

Training activities include Youth Employability program of Technoserve which developa employability skills among the students and provide placement support. The program consists of 60 hours worth of training to make students corporate ready, and is sponsored by Citi Foundation, the CSR arm of CitiBank.
Brightwayz is an organisation that coaches students to appear in entrance exams of MBA, Banking, UPSC/ MPSC and other competitive exams. The curriculum covered is largely common across these exams and so also the training.
NISM trains students for their course on Mutual Fund Distribution. ICICI Securities Ltd. sponsored the training, exam fees and also fees for registration with AMFI to deal in Mutual Funds. Students can then practice as Independent Financial Advisers.
Light bulb skill development training program provides communication skills, self development, personal presentation, basic grammar, public speaking, business etiquette, email writing, etc. over 30 hours.

Eligibility for the BMS department to pass 12th and 50 percent is important. Teachers are all so helpful in filling the admission process. They provide scholarships for needy students. The teacher is all so helpful with everything.

I want to be an event organizer so that I choose the BMS department in our college. Our junior college is all so good so that my parents said to take admission to Smt.P.N.Doshi University. Teaching is a very awesome way that understand is easy.

I choose this course because I want to become a hotel manager this course provides me with how to manage a lot of work on time and with patience. The qualification of the teacher was very good and every teacher in the department was highly qualified. The teacher was timely scheduled for the exam and sometimes it was difficult to pass out but overall is good.

Eligibility for the BMS department is 12th pass, from any stream. The admission process was very easy and application forms are done in the college itself only. We were given the details of what documents we had to bring and the method for payment was also told. Reservation criteria are for SC, ST. Scholarships are given to Jain students and the students who have scored above 75%, get scholarships.

I choose the BMS department because the staff of BMS was very nice and the knowledge they provide to every student was helpful for them for internships and placements and for the future. All are highly qualified and the way they explain was also good I catch very easily. There are 6 semesters in the BMS department in our college. we attend every lecture so it is not difficult to pass the exams.

I like coding andy friends suggested me this course in which we can do coding after hsc we can select this course 50% above students are eligible for this course and the teaching skills are amazing teachers are always ready to solve ur doubts when needed if we study accordingly to teachers then term exam can be passed is not that much difficult

I feel blessed I am here for completing my graduation.

The eligibility criteria are 10+2 The admission is given on basis of overall merit. You can find the application form and details at the counter. For the BCA course, the admission fee is 25840 for the first year. For the application form, course fees and application dates you can visit the campus and website.

As I feel the computer field is a professional field, they have the power to innovate more new technologies in the IT field hence I choose BCA- A professional carrier in the IT field. As I was from a science background so it was a difficult task for me to put steps into BCA but when I came in contact with our teachers they are helping me a lot to improve myself and to bring out the best in me. I am so grateful and blessed that I have these great gurus/teachers in my life. The class strength is a minimum of 60 students per batch which can help teachers to give personal attention to each student. Our faculties are very educated and experienced. The teachers are very polite, helpful and kind to students. Exams and practicals are done regularly. We have a total of 6 semesters with unit tests. Per year 2 semesters are done with practicals.

Great Opportunity

The admission process was easy as when I took admission I had to go to the office and ask for the form and had to submit all necessary documents like 12th mark sheet, Aadhar card copy, birth certificate, and a few more documents.

Placement review

The admission process was simple, easy, and direct. The eligibility of the course was 12th pass with 50% from any field and mathematics wasn't a compulsory subject in a computer science subject. Being a science student I had many other career options but my knee interest was in information technology. So I choose BCA Course but I found it more interesting than any other course. BCA is three years under graduation bachelor's degree in software application and computer science. My 2nd question was as to which College/ institute I should choose and after much research and visiting many other colleges I found Smt P. N. Doshi women's college quite interesting because of its great faculty, excellent teaching staff, better placement facility, internship, and many more

The 2nd stair of my Life.

I applied for one more college rather than Smt. P.N.Doshi college but i didn't go for it because of the course choice.Thank You for sharing your experience with applying for college and specifically with Smt. P. N. Doshi womens College. It's great to hear that the staff were cooperative and helpful during the admission process. While doing the admission i didn't face any issues and it was very relevant. For BCA in marks is 45% minimum and Qualification is 10+2. From any Field we can take the admission. They are very helpful.

I am interested in IT and learning new things about the technology that's why I have chosen to pursuing BCA degree. The faculty members are providing us with excellent teaching and guidance. It'a always beneficial to have supportive faculties who are dedicated to helping us to succeed. Regarding the course curriculum, it's important to have a comprehensive understanding of the subjects and the topics which are covered in the program. A BCA program typically includes courses in programming language, database management, computer network, software engineering, and more. It's good to know that you feel that the faculties members are providing us with a lot of information and knowledges about our course and that they're guilding us for our future. As for the exams, the faculties are eplaining eah point in details,making it easier to understand. Overall, it sounds like I have received a solid education.
