National Insurance Academy (NIA) Pune is well known for maintaining a 100% placement record since inception. The institute is conducting its placement drive for the PGDM 2021 - 23 batch & no wonder that it has achieved 100% placement percentage on before Day Zero of the placement drive. Many National & Multinational companies participated in the process.

In the placement drive of 2023, there was 21.31% Increase in the Average CTC which stood at INR 12.5 LPA and the Highest CTC stood at INR 18 LPA. A total of 32 PPOs were offered.

Past recruiters included Tata AIG General Insurance, Bajaj Allianz General General Insurance, Se2 India, Star Health & Allied Insurance etc.

On the Day Zero of the 2022 placement drive, 100% of the PGDM batch got placed with good salary packages. The highest CTC stood up to INR 29.5 LPA. The average CTC stood at INR 10.3 LPA. 27 students received pre-placement offers during the placement process.

Last year also, the participating batch achieved a 100% placement record. The highest CTC of INR 29.5 LPA & an average CTC of INR 10.3 LPA were offered to the students.

Placement Experience:

The placements are 100% since inception and the average package was 12.3LPA offered to the 2021-23 batch. The placement assistance is also really good. They really groom you well to make you placement ready from tri-1.

Internships Opportunities:

The college has had an excellent 100% placement record since its inception. All the students get placed within a day which is called Zero Day. The highest package for the 2021-23 batch is 18.75 lakhs and the average package is 12.5 lakhs. Students also get the opportunity to get internships with good stipends with reputed companies.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies like Marsh, AON, Mahindra, Marsh McLennan, Accenture, etc. provide internship opportunities to students. The internship is provided to every student. Various roles or projects like Underwriting, Reinsurance, Data analyst, Business analyst, HR internship, and Marketing intern are offered by the companies. Placement Experience:

Students started getting placed in August last year the entire batch got placed within 2 hours with an average student of 12.5+ lakh and around 25% of the batch had PPO. Once you become part of NIA and give your efforts placement is something that is not of concern at all.

Internships Opportunities:

Everyone gets an internship on the campus itself course starts in July and students start getting placed in September everyone gets placed around December though the internship starts in May next year for 2 months.

Students are placed well before the end of the course. NIA has witnessed 100 per cent placements since its inception. Life At NIA

Placement Experience:

From the very inception of the course, we have had 100 percent placements. That too in one of the top companies, both Indian and MNCs. Various job roles are offered, like underwriting, broking, consulting, claims department, cyber security, etc. The median package was 13 LPA and the Average was 12.5lpa. the ROI of the college is above 1. All the students are placed in zero-day itself, that too within 150 minutes. But this year, we didn't even have to have zero days, all the students were placed on privilege day itself.

Internships Opportunities:

All the insurance-based big companies visit our campus for the internship, from Marsh, and AON to Tata AIG, and Policybazaar, all visit here for the internship. Each student gets to do a project under the mentor which is allotted to them during the internship. They have to make a project report and give a presentation also.
