For admissions to JIEM, a common application form for all affiliated colleges of RTU is to be filled online.
Candidates should have passed class 12th in Science stream to apply for B.E courses.
JEE Main qualified candidates are eligible to apply for admissions.
Admissions will be conducted as per the guidelines of Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP).

JIEM B.E Admissions 2023

JIEM offers four-year B.E courses for applicants who have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and opted for any one of the following Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology.

As per the guidelines of Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP), seats will be filled through state-level counselling based on candidate’s rank in JEE Mains. In case, seats are left vacant, candidates can apply for admissions through merit in class 12th examinations.

15% of the total seats will be reserved for candidates not belonging to Rajasthan.
Age criteria for general category candidates is on or before October 01, 1991 whereas for SC/ ST candidates is October 01, 1986.
Applicants having completed BSc with Mathematics as one of the subjects are eligible to for lateral entry admissions to any of the above-mentioned courses.

JIEM Application Process

For common admissions process through REAP, candidates can follow the process stated below:

Visit the official portal of REAP.
Candidates must register online and a challan of application fee will be generated online.
The challan ID (12/ 16 digit code) will then be User ID which should be further used for login.
They must set their password for login.
The application fee for REAP is INR 700.
The fee must be paid at the nearest E-Mitra kiosk.
Applicants have to log in again to complete the application form.
Fill in the personal, education and communication details.
Select whether you want to apply for admissions through JEE Mains score or merit based on class 12th result.
Upload scanned copies of following documents:

Thumb impression
Class 12th mark sheet/ JEE Mains scorecard
Aadhaar Card
Photograph
Signature

Submit the final filled in the form.

For online counselling process:

Log in with the valid User ID and password.
Deposit the advance fees of INR 10,000 which will be deducted from the college fees to which the candidate seeks admission.
Perform the choice/ option filling exercise.
Submit the details. Candidates can apply for upward movement counselling during the second round.
During this process, they can alter/ delete their choices filled earlier.
Those belonging to states other than Rajasthan are not eligible for the upward movement.
