AILET Counselling 2023: Merit List

NLU Delhi has releaseed the first provisional merit list on December 30, 2022. Candidates whose name is mentioned in the selected list or waitlist must remember the following points:

• The candidates who registered for the Online Counselling and have paid the Counselling Fee by December 26, 2022 only have been considered in the Provisional Merit List and Waiting List for admission to B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Programme.
• The candidates who appear in the First Provisional Merit List of Selected Candidates for the B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Programme should pay a sum of Rs.50,000.00 as Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee on or before Wednesday, January 4, 2023 failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in order of merit under concerned category from the Waiting List.
• In case, the candidates do not accept the offer of admission for any reason whatsoever, it will not be considered afterwards under any circumstances and they will forfeit the right of admission along with the right to refund the Counselling Fee. No request shall be entertained in this regard.
• The Waiting List has been issued for only those candidates who have participated in the online counselling process. In case, any vacancy arises due to withdrawal of admission or non-payment of Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee by the provisionally selected candidates within the stipulated time-period, the seat shall be filled up from the Waiting List candidate(s) only.
• The provisionally selected candidates are also required to download their Provisional Admission Offer Letter from their AILET-2023 account. In token of acceptance of provisional admission offer, the candidate shall sign each page of provisional admission offer letter and upload the same on the AILET-2023 account along-with the undertaking duly signed by the candidate and parents.

AILET Counselling 2023: How to Register?

• Step 1: Viewing AILET Result 2023– The candidates shall log in to their application locker where their AILET marks shall be available.
• Step 2: Paying the Counselling Fee
  • Candidates shall log in to their Application Locker, and click on Pay Counselling Fees. On the following page, they have to upload applicable documents and enter their Class 12 total percentage of marks secured.
  • Then the candidate needs to click on the ‘Pay Now’ tab. The candidate will be taken to the online payment gateway and will complete the transaction for a counselling fee of INR 50,000/-.
• Step 3: Candidates selected for provisional admission will be then required to pay the balance fee of INR 89,000/- through an online payment. They shall be issued Admission Slip.

Requests for payment of fees after the last date will not be considered in any circumstance. Candidates are advised not to wait till the last minute to make payments, to avoid payment-related issues. You must wait till you see a ‘Payment Successful’ message & acknowledgment slip generated.

4. AILET Admit Card 2023 (as proof of appearing in the entrance test)

Ques. Where will AILET Counselling 2023 be held?

Ans. AILET Counselling 2023 process will take place in online mode only. Candidates who have been invited for online counselling for admission to BA LLB (Hons) should ensure they register by the last date notified by NLU, Delhi.
