What keeps you connected with the Education Sector and how has your experience been so far with the College?

“Continuous knowledge updates kept me connected to the education sector”

When you earn a good network, you accomplish a big step. You gain knowledge, skills, and experience to help you both in your career and life in general. On top of that, by gaining additional skills in communication and problem solving, and achieving your goals, you can also increase your confidence in accepting unknown challenges. Nothing Is impossible once you set your goal and retain your path in one direction until and unless it gets accomplished. I believe in people before profit methodology. So network marketing is the biggest achievement so far I learned from my experience.

What are the interventions you bring in apart from the curriculum to train the students?

“Encourage students to join various skill-enhancing training sessions to gain experience”

Learning experiences outside the classroom are forms of experiential learning. These experiences are rooted in the simple principle that “experience is the best teacher.” Under this framework, learning outside of the classroom is an active process, wherein students encounter authentic problems, construct novel hypotheses, test for real solutions, and interact with others to make sense of the world around them. When we do this, we encounter the world as a whole and are forced to engage multiple modalities, no matter which pair of disciplinary “lenses” we intended to wear. Because experiential learning is inherently interdisciplinary, scientists and humanists alike would do well to consider how other disciplines might enrich their disciplinary approach to their field. Field trips can take a variety of forms that meet a diverse set of needs and can enhance deep, active learning. The intended educational outcomes of field trips focus on the following five areas.

What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?

“People should know that we provide industrial programs to the students”

We are focusing more on practical teaching exercises. We will teach and train students to reduce the industrial gap in which they are really good at the time of the interview. Also, we have a dedicated international cell for placing students abroad. Central Placement centralizes all the channels from the dedicated central placement cell infrastructure in our campus only.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of your college?

“Experienced Faculty members and talented students are the greatest strength of our college”

Some students may not be aware of what strengths they possess and others feel uncomfortable talking about their strengths. Some students may even think that they don’t have any strengths. It is important to begin identifying your strengths, be able to talk about them with others, and think about how you might use them in a career. Knowing and working with your strengths will help you to be successful and stay motivated.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Believe in yourself and follow your path to reach the goal”

Do not be a follower. Avoid being part of the crowd. Without being a loner, you can separate yourself from the group of people who are not involved in positive things and still have a social life. Avoid following popular trends that could lead to a high-risk lifestyle, such as becoming so obsessed with materialism that you will do illegal activities to obtain certain things.
