Centre for Design Excellence (CODE) of Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur conducted almost a week-long festival promoting the idea of #NoLockdownonEducation for students, professors, scholars and aspiring candidates who wish to pursue a career in the field of architecture and design. 

The festival, conducted under supervision of VGU, comprised of various webinars, expert talks and open sessions for students under various themes. Overall the event saw a total participation of 1500+ spectators. Amongst them 70+ enthusiastic students took part in the festival and participated actively in all the events that followed which eventually led them to have a better insight in the field of Architecture and Design.  Check VGU Admission 2020

Expert sessions focused on preparation tips for various national level entrance exams like NATA, NID, UCEED, NIFT, etc. These talks helped the aspiring candidates getting a better approach at preparing for them. 

What made the festival a success is that apart from educational activities, the focus was given on hobbies like portraiture, photography, etc. through various open to all competitions. Through this, the festival portrayed the value of co-curricular activities in everyone’s life. 

The festival provided a virtual platform for college students, professionals, academicians, and aspiring candidates to interact and have interaction with one another alongside learning at its best. The festival was attended by renowned people of the concerned field like Ar. Dhruv Gupta, Ms. Kirti Rathore, etc. They proved to be beneficial in the festival as the students took inspiration from them and many had already made them their role models. 

The event concluded on a positive note taking the life of students in a positive direction amidst COVID - 19 pandemic and related strenuous situations.
