How do you train the students for better career opportunities ahead?

“Training with advancing trends and areas”

At VGU, we know the 3 steps golden rule, Assessment – Training – Placement. We train students as per concurrent industry skill trends, like Ed-Tech, Ag-Tech, Med-Tech, which have been highly accelerating industries. Also, the BFSI & IT sector have resisted the pandemic impact, so we have categorically trained students in the skills which make them the best fit for these industries.

What strategy do you follow to help students prepare for the placements?

“Regular expert enhancement and guidance”

In current times fresher job skills are totally changed, now recruiters are looking for more analytical brains and street smart attitude. Highly competent and passionate candidates with knowledge of what’s trending globally are most hunted. So we are into strategically aligned training to best meet current industry needs. Being participative and exposing students to the most competent peer group strongly helps to develop young brains. Also, we organize frequent candid talks with stalwarts and experts of different fields, to let our students discover the best within themselves.

How does your institute differ in providing training and placement to students?

“Making students wise and self reliant”

We don’t focus on a traditional placement policy. We are making our students intelligent enough to choose the right job for themselves. Every week we bring a bouquet of opportunities with details to students and then they read, analyze and choose where they wish to start their career. The recruiters are diverse and dynamic offering multiple benefits. From the last 5 years on, an average of 13% of students are recruited by startups, 48% of students are recruited by Mid-Cap organizations, 27% of students are placed in Top MNC’s.
