One of my friends studied at NIT Goa. According to him, In the recent placement drive of 2021, the students of NIT Goa were offered the highest packages compared to the placement drives of the previous years.

NIT Goa is a new institute whereas NIT Agartala is not the right choice as it has poor infrastructure. Should I choose IIT Guwahati or IIT Hyderabad for an M.Tech in CSE?
If you are planning to pursue M.Tech in Computer Science, it is highly recommended that you consider IIT Hyderabad over IIT Guwahati. Some of the reasons are given below:
