Studied Bachelor of Commerce Degrees at Ramjas College, University of Delhi

A commerce course will always include Math as a subject because it helps students develop their skills for high-level analysis and calculations; however, for those who do not enjoy Math, there are a variety of other options available for commerce courses that do not include Math as a subject.

Following are the courses offered at DU if you have completed Commerce without Math:

B.Com Financial Accounting BBA IT Hospitality & Tourism
B.Com Computers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Chartered Accountant (CA) Diploma Course
B.Com Honors Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA) Fashion Designing
B.Com Banking & Insurance Bachelor of Management Studies (BBM) Company Secretary (CS) Multimedia
B.Com Honors in E-commerce Bachelor of Foreign Trade (BFT) Hotel Management 3D Animation
Economics BBA BBA in Aviation Film Making

It is important to note that a commerce course requires working knowledge in Math, and not taking it as a subject does not preclude its use in a job profile.

I want to pursue my higher studies at Khalsa College Amritsar. Which course will be best for the commerce stream without maths after 12th so I get wider opportunities nearby it?

DS

Studied at Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (2013)

You will get opportunities everywhere if you put in your honest effort and dedication to the job.

Before making any decision, do a good research on the courses offered in Khalsa College. Choose the one that interests you. Also stay open to other choices as well. Make sure that the course you choose provides good job opportunities or research opportunities, and then choose accordingly.

This institute provides admission for most of the courses based on science (non-medical) background. The best courses if you are from the commerce stream are B.Com (Accounting and Finance) or BBA (Bachelor’s of Business Administration)

Both the fields require strong analytical skills , good communication and knowledge in economics to meet the industry demands. Look out for better opportunities in these fields and analyze them before setting up on one.

You can also pursue something unrelated to what you studied during 12th, like Fashion Designing or Journalism and Mass Communication.

How can I get admission in 11th commerce at DEI (Dayalbagh Educational Institute)?

MH
Manali Hudait Posted On : November 26th, 2021
studied at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (2019)

Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) provides higher education only after class 12th, with the exception of class 10th for diploma and ITI certificate courses.

Like DEI there is another institute linked with it named REI (Radhasoami Educational Institute).

This institute provides education from classes 1 to 12th. REI has its own board. It provides the 12th equivalent course like CBSE and UP boards. Graduating 12th from REI is equivalent to graduating 12th from both of these.

If you want to get admission in 11th (Commerce) at DEI you have to fill the application form of REI which is an affiliated college of DEI. After this, the entrance test will be held by this institute which includes a written exam and interview. On the basis of a written test and interview a collective merit will be prepared, on the basis of which you will be selected.
