SPCE TOUR.

Remarks :

Students are required to clear MHTCET with a good score of a minimum 97 percentile if they are in a general category. Students have to move through CAP rounds as decided by the MHTCET cell. Students of SC/ST or OBC quota can avail benefits of percentile reduction as well they would be having a discounted fee of 4,648 which is very great for them. Students of the EWS category are too eligible for similar but a little tighter benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Electrical Engineering is a core branch and being a huge follower of Technology and electricity's combinations in day to daily life I had chosen it. Faculties here are very well versed with their curriculum, some are Ph.D.'s from renowned colleges such as IITs and IIMs. Term exams were at first difficult to process at the initial stage due to post Covid effects. But everything got timed carefully afterward. But there was a lack of planning when it came to Additional or reexamination planning. Faculty to student ratio is not so good for example many subjects only have one professor. Newly recruited teachers are not up to their mark I suppose. Thus it is a bit chaotic in this section rest of the older faculties are very good going with their work.

Internships Opportunities :

Many internships of students are enrolled through themselves. The internship plan isn't so strong in our college. So to tackle this problem they made compulsory internships for students last year. There are project submission events every year in our college.

Placement Experience :

After semester 6 Placement preparation starts but in breaks, students can avail of various internships. This year 100 % of placement was from the electrical branch while a mechanical student secured the highest package of 26-27lpa. Students here are also on in govt. Exams prep and GATE and GRE many students are also studying for Masters abroad. So post-campus life is somewhat stable. I have planned to pursue a master' after my bachelor's.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As to compare with many institutes of the well-known name. Sardar Patel College of Engineering has a very reasonable hike in their price, considering the cost-effectiveness we can supposedly conclude that it stands subjective to student to student in this matter. Also Maharashtra DBT portal allows students to avail of scholarships that cover approximately 50 % of the whole fees.

Campus Life :

Many fests are occurring in the winter season generally there are fests of cultural background and technical backgrounds SPINX, PRARAMBH, and SPACE are some cultural fests. While SPICON is a fest of technical background. The book's availability is very good it can be borrowed from the library with the use of an Identity card. The social life of college is wayward somewhat but it comes to me as an average above par for an Engineering college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professor is highly knowledgeable they are very supportive if we find any difficulty from any problem then they help a lot with it. Exams are in every month and final semester exams are there If we study hard then exams are not tough. Negative point is that sometimes faculty say anything bad so it gets irritated.

There are so many placements in college, Even if you missed a college placement you can still secure the same job, just their process is a little bit more complicated, but don't worry you can take the same opportunity. While campus placement involves companies reaching out to you.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start in the pre-final semester and are completed before the beginning of the final semester. Everyone is placed somewhere or the other, might or might not receive their dream offer or company, but generally, everyone is able to convert a decent firm's decent offer. BCG, Google, Microsoft, Bain, Mckinsey, Cohesity, Blackrock, Kearney, and Strategy& are a few of the companies that visit regularly. Highest package runs in crores (?4cr/year) for international locations - Hongkong or the US. The highest within India is also close to ?2.5cr, the average package is ~?25LPA. Greater than 95% of students get decent placements. I'll be exploring jobs after the degree, and might go for higher education as well sometime after experiencing a few years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best thing about this college is its teachers. they are helpful in academics. I choose computer engineering because it's going to run for a long time and also have an interest in languages so I prefer it. the student ratio would be around 60/40 boys /girls. there are smartboards present for teaching and also many labs where students can go and sit there is no restriction which is one of the good points. for exams, there are mid and end sem per year and in between them there are in total of 4 unit tests conducted.
