Remarks :

For this course in NSEC, I cleared WBJEE with a 21880 Rank and got admission in B.tech on Information Technology, in WBJEE counselling process was seamless and being a student from the general category and the college being a private college that's why there is no reservation. The only improvement that can be expected from my side is that the whole counselling and admission process should be done earlier than it happens every year it helps the students to start preparing for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our course Curriculum is designed according to the MAKAUT board and it is a 4-year long course with numerous subjects and lots of practical applications. our faculty members are very sincere and caring about our studies.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Being a student in the first year I still dont have that much idea about internships in our college but I heard from the seniors that some of them got internships from cognizant, Wipro and other tech companies

Placement Experience :

NSEC offers one of the most greatest packages among all the tier 3 colleges in west Bengal on campus. even amazon and Microsoft have also come in the time of campusing. and there are lots of clubs and teachers to help with skill development. so even for an avg student. It won't be too hard to get a job on campus.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I don't know about scholarships but there are options for bank loans and also the new student credit card (by WB Govt. ) as a payment option. and the whole course is offered by the college at the rate of around 6 lakhs for 4 years.

Campus Life :

There are various clubs to join in our college starting from tech clubs to cultural and even charity also. and the social life is good mostly there are lot of opportunities of both indoor and outdoor sports

Placement Experience:

the students were eligible for placements from the 7th sem and quite a large number of companies visit the colleges with an average package of around 4-5 LPA and their internship is provided which one can do from the 3rd year onwards and get admissions. Most of the companies are from the IT sector and around 80-85% of students are getting placed.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem students can get placements. Companies that visit our college are amazon, geotech, Capgemini, Tcs, etc with an average offer of 6 LPA. The highest package in 2022 was 15 lpa on-campus and the average was 6 LPA. There is 100% placement. I am going to be an app developer and build my own apps and do freelancing and startups.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semesters onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and Infosys are some of the companies which visited the campus. And more than 500 offers were made. The highest package here is 45 LPA which was offered by Amazon. The average package here is 4.5 LPA-5 LPA. More than 75% of students got placed. My plan after the degree is to secure a job with a maximum package.

Placement Experience:

When you will be in your 7th sem company will start to visit your campus. You will get a clear idea of placements if you visit bppimt.ac.in and look for placement details for the last 5 years. in my year about 25-30 company has visited our campus already and a few are yet to come. till now the highest package is 10lpa. the company visited and pool campuses: Infosys, cognizant, Accenture, Hexaware, TCG, Lab vantage, NRI fintech, Kreeti, PWC, ey, Jio, HSBC, Johnson controls, kovair, nucleus software, SAP labs, and many more. 150 + students got an offer of 6lpa or more if you are a little serious then you will get a job on this campus and if you are a hard-working student you will get a higher package too. I will join kreeti technologies as a junior software engineer after my degree and now I am an intern at that company too.
