Remarks :

I got admission to the college by appearing in the C.U.E.T. exams after which I registered myself in the portal of Delhi University that CSAS which the university provided me the in Deshbandhu College according to their cutoff criteria of C.U.E.T. scores. I got 666 out of 800 in my C.U.E.T. exams. While the admission process was too long it took more than two months to be completed after the release of C.U.E.T. scores, which must have been shortened for the future student s

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I am very interested in studying and knowing History, especially Indian History. While our college provides us with enough faculty and our classes are scheduled regularly. All our professors are very highly qualified and hold a doctorate or Ph.D. in their subject of specialization. Exams are conducted very timely according to the academic calendar of our University.

Class Size : 117Course Fees : INR 12851 per year

Internships Opportunities :

IIT Bombay and Intraiz are two companies providing internships in our college with good stipends. At regular intervals we got messages to join internships from these companies in the separate WhatsApp group made for the internship process and recruitment.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have to submit an annual fee of 12851 rupees before my admission to confirm my seat and our college provides us the financial assistance and scholarships regularly and internships at regular intervals. The Deshbandhu College financial committee provides financial assistance to needy needy students of the college. .

Campus Life :

The annual fest of Deshbandhu College of the University of Delhi named SABRANG held in February and March and at regular intervals, other events were also organized. The college provides their students with a huge electronic library of huge infrastructure with air conditioner facilities where almost all the books are available. The college offers a variety of sports to its students ranging from chess to archery. Classrooms have smartboards and sufficient furniture. Deshbandhu College had its website and has many societies such as Abhivyakti, quizzer, dance society and fashion society, etc.

Campus tour

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to make my career in law so I feel graduating in this course is good for me . There are about 50 students in my class. All the professors have done PHD in their respective fields. Semester exams are done in intervals of approx five months if you take classes regularly you can pass early.

Into my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose English (H) as this is a course which really helps you develop good communication skills and also makes you critically analyse things. Also, since I want to pursue Journalism, I believe this course will help me. Talking about the faculty, most of the teachers in my college are very dedicated towards their job and put full effort to make us understand the concepts. I wanted to go for upsc and pol science is a good option for that Faculty needs improvement, availability of teachers is a concern and 50% of teachers aren't capable of teaching in a required way Everyone has a PhD but teaching isn't satisfactory. Students from the whole of India come there with lots of Hope and 90% of students lose that hope after just 2 seems Exams were always on time that's the best thing. But scoring good grades is extremely difficult

Placement Experience:

In the 5th semester, students become eligible for the placements. Infosys, ICICI bank, Accenture, Deloitte, etc are among the top companies. The highest package is 20 LPA and the average is 9-10 LPA. Around 20% of students get placed. I will go to UPSC after college.
