Remarks :

Eligibility of the course is that you have to secure a minimum jee main rank after which you may qualify. It's a little bit easy to get into it. First give jee main then opt for ojee counseling then you might get into it. Go for ojee website you will get everything. The admission process should be a bit too fast & should be done properly within the proper time.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As vssut is famous for the core branch so I opt for this course, The best branch of vssut is electrical. Faculty to students ratio is good. Faculty members are well-qualified and supportive too. They are well-trained and from renowned institutions. Exams are moderate but checking is strict.

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are good I will say, Most students get it if they are from it or cs. From the core, a few are getting it. U have to get it by yourself from off-campus or any company from outside. Vssut has many companies that have good relationships so u can easily get into MCL, tata, etc.

Placement Experience :

The placement improved a lot this year. 80% more students have an avg of 8.5 lahks. Core students are all placed with a 6 LPA avg. The placement of any branch here is good and improvement is going on every year. My plan is to get placed in the final year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Basically 1 lakh per year including everything. Fees for this college are justified. Roi is good. Scholarships are available from the first year, internships are there but most probably for it and cs. If u will get an off-campus internship.

Campus Life :

Vassaunt and Samavesh are the two fests conducted between Feb and March. The most amazing part of the colleges is this fest. The library is huge with many books. Classrooms are now adapted with smart boards. Activities are well organized. Most active campus. Sports fest Illumina is conducted every single year. Clubs are too with many opportunities. You can easily grow yourself in any club.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to become an electrical engineer. It's my passion to be an electrician. I love to repair electrical appliances. So I choose it, the student ratio was something around 200. Here qualifications of teachers were high, they were very helpful to their students.

Placement Experience:

There are really good placements in the college, as top companies come here like Amazon and Google Infosys. The highest package was 46LPA. There are 100%placements excluding the people who want to go for higher studies

Distance course is good in our college

Placement Experience:

VSSUT is better than any other college in Odisha

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose mechanical engineering, but mechanical engineering. Mechanical Engineers are all-round experts, and their jobs will never end. The teachers here are very supportive, and help in every possible way, by providing notes, clearing doubts even after college hours, and some teachers even provide textbooks to needy students. There are 4 exams every year, and 2 semesters. Each semester has a 50 marks end semester exam and a 30 marks mid-semester exam. The rest 20 marks are from internal assessments, given by the teachers.

VSSUT is best in Odisha

Placement Experience:

Several companies visit the college ranging from mass recruitment companies like cognizant and Deloitte to core companies like Maruti Suzuki and L&T. The average package offered is 7.5lakhs and the highest on-campus package in 2022 was 17.5lakhs. The students can even apply for off-campus placements if they are not satisfied with the package they are offered. Almost all of the students(both from on-campus and off-campus) get placed in college. Many students even apply for higher studies. The college has the strongest Alumni network with many cities having their own Alumni chapters(in fact the strongest in all of Odisha).
