Remarks :

For the course, you have to qualify for to jee main exam which is conducted by nta you can easily find the application form on the nta website and it occurs twice so the application fee is 300 for each session and the dates are announced in December. To get admission into this course you have to secure a minimum of 80 above the percentile for the general category.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I have an interest in electrical and I am very much excited to explore the mechanism of electrical. The faculty members in our college are very good and the faculties are very much friendly and they never hesitate to clear even simple silly doubts. They teach us very practical and a maximum of our faculties are well qualified to have a PhD degree from renowned institutions. Term exams happen over a gap of 2 months and if you prepare well and follow all the study materials which were being provided by the teachers then it is very easy to pass with a good grade.

Placement Experience :

From 3rd semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. Many renowned companies like TCS, Capgemini, cognizant and other core companies like Aditya Birla, Jindal and many more companies visit our campus. Every year around 60 per cent of students get placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is quite affordable it also has options for socially poor students they include in the category of TFW. They have a special fee structure where they opt for the course at half of its actual fees. It also includes scholarships from different organizations that have fixed criteria if you pass that criterion you will be eligible and can avail all the scholarships. The campus placement over here is also excellent in the year 2022 around 80% of the students was placed with an average package of 8 lpa.

Campus Life :

The name of the technical fest is vassaunt and the cultural fest is samavesh it is conducted in March. The central library consists of all types of books regarding academics and other novels etc. There are many clubs both cultural and technical you can join it

Hostel Facilities :

In the hostel, you are provided with all types of facilities like food, hygienic drinking water, a study room, gym room. The food that is being provided is very hygienic and the menu changes often quietly every month according to the season. For hostel registration, you have to pay an advance of 4500 rupees at the time of admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to become an electrical engineer. It's my passion to be an electrician. I love to repair electrical appliances. So I choose it, the student ratio was something around 200. Here qualifications of teachers were high, they were very helpful to their students.

Distance course is good in our college

VSSUT is better than any other college in Odisha

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't choose mechanical engineering, but mechanical engineering. Mechanical Engineers are all-round experts, and their jobs will never end. The teachers here are very supportive, and help in every possible way, by providing notes, clearing doubts even after college hours, and some teachers even provide textbooks to needy students. There are 4 exams every year, and 2 semesters. Each semester has a 50 marks end semester exam and a 30 marks mid-semester exam. The rest 20 marks are from internal assessments, given by the teachers.

VSSUT is best in Odisha

Placement Experience:

Several companies visit the college ranging from mass recruitment companies like cognizant and Deloitte to core companies like Maruti Suzuki and L&T. The average package offered is 7.5lakhs and the highest on-campus package in 2022 was 17.5lakhs. The students can even apply for off-campus placements if they are not satisfied with the package they are offered. Almost all of the students(both from on-campus and off-campus) get placed in college. Many students even apply for higher studies. The college has the strongest Alumni network with many cities having their own Alumni chapters(in fact the strongest in all of Odisha).
