Remarks :
At my time the admissions were completely merit based on the basis of 12th marks but now CUET is being introduced in Delhi University for admissions. The forms are available at nta site. CUET helps u not only to take admissions in DU but also in several other national and state university
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am interested in the research sector, especially in nanoparticles so I opted for chemistry hons. Specifically, Delhi University has always been a great attraction for students. And the faculty for our department is appropriate in number. There is 1 teacher for every 10 -15 students. Most of the faculty members have done Ph.D. And exams come of moderate level which is always from the curriculum studied in the class.
Internships Opportunities :
DSKC is organized every year in the month of June. Also, you can apply for on-campus internships or outside too which are really manageable with college work. ISAAC is also a great internship platform for students.
Placement Experience :
Students can opt for campus placements in the final year of their courses but they can always go for internships right from their first year. Packages are good as we can also enroll in some government-funded national institutes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are quite reasonable, especially for my course and we get all the lab facilities and classes are well equipped with projectors and fans. Even we get scholarships both merit-based and finance based so overall we get a lot of financial help in our college.
Campus Life :
Libraries are well equipped and you can find a lot of books of Indian and foreign writers in almost all courses. Our college also focuses on extra curriculum development. Although it becomes difficult for a science student to manage societies but you always get to learn something new so do take part in these clubs or societies.
