Remarks :

You must secure a good percentile in jee mains. Admission is generally done by counseling through Josaa. There are 7 rounds in that. After getting my college at NITW, the application is done on NITW's official website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose Cse in Nitw as I am a little interested in Cse and here in nitw,cse is also very good. The faculties are very good here. Exams are difficult as usual in every NIT. Exams are very fair. There is a good number of faculties to teach you.

Class Size : 180Course Fees : INR 62500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There will be a lot of companies coming for several roles. Sde, analyst, etc are mostly preferred, Many top-tier companies like D.E.Shaw come here and recruit. Stipend will also be good considering the company you join.

Placement Experience :

There will be a Cgpa cutoff for every company. Placements are very good here as it is a top NIT There will be a number of companies visiting both for interns and placements. This year's highest package is around 80 lakhs and the average is around 25 lakhs for cse. In cse 99.9 percent gets placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee hike is acceptable only in the academic aspect. The fee for my course is around 62500 per annum. But coming from a hostel point of view, a fee hike is not acceptable. Here for me regarding the academic fee structure, it is ok but the hostel fee structure is not good.

Campus Life :

Campus life is good as in every IIT and NIT. There are fests(one in December-Tech fest and one in April-Cultural fest). The library facility is very good here. There are lots of books available. Classrooms are ok. Sports activities are conducted regularly. Those who are interested in sports can spend an ample of time on sports daily

Enjoying the btech life ks very good part of life

In my college, more than 60% of the students are placed in good companies like Google, Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft and etc. The placement started on the 3rd. year 2nd semester the average package is 4 to 5 lakhs.
