- In the CSE faculty, the student ratio is 1:20. Teaching in NITW is excellent, and we have the best faculty here, offering the best assignments and quality education.
- Many companies like Goldman Sachs, John Deere, Adobe, Amazon, Becton Dickinson, etc., have come for internships, and yes, theyre top-notch. The campus is reaching its standards regarding placements.
- The leading companies like Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Yahoo, Facebook, etc., come to my college for placement. So, in terms of placement, my college is really awesome for me.
- Hostel fees are 14000. For students scoring 9+ CGPA in any semester, they receive full fee refunds as a scholarship.
- We have the best state-of-the-art laboratories in the college for all undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We also have excellent sports facilities with badminton, tennis, basketball, volleyball, football, and cricket courts and grounds.
- The Institute has excellent residential facilities for us, as there are twenty hostel blocks (halls of residence) for men and two for women.
- The JEE MAINS exam happens twice a year, and the best out of the two is considered.
Dislike
- Regarding labs, those are not hectic, but sometimes we feel that its just restricted to recording submissions.
- Samsung offers internships with an 80k stipend. The internship opportunities are similar to placements, although fewer companies participate in internships. However, the majority of internship profiles are related to software.
- Two students dropped out of the course halfway; one student dropped out because there are very few placements.
- If your family income is less than 1 lakh, there is no need to pay any fees.
- Wifi is very poor, and we hardly have any equipment provided properly. We have all books provided in the library, but the lab should be upgraded more in our department. The infrastructure is still in developing mode in our institution.
- Some hostels are very old, and many students complain that it is difficult to live there. They lack proper maintenance for the washrooms, and there is water leakage during the monsoon. Additionally, there is a shortage of rooms.
- Government officials are there on a fixed salary, and no negative review can take away their jobs.

Placement Experience:
after 3rd year u can sit in campus placements in our college. microsoft.goldman sachs,jpmc, texas instruments, IBM, Qualcomm, Citrix, etc. the highest package offered was 88lacs/annum and it was provided by Citrix 90percent. software job for two or three years then startup
Remarks:
admission process was very flexible . there was one online reporting for document submission and also specifically instructions were provided so that those people who don't can even go through the instructions and submit docs. u can find application forms and all other important announcements on the official site i.e nitw.ac.in if your sc, income <1lac then u don't need to pay tution fee. admission process should be offline cause offline is more flexible than online.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, this campus is named for its placements every year and maintains good records every year with high and good packages and placements. Companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Uber, Oracle, TCS, Deloitte, Capgemini, KPMG, Infosys and a few more top companies visit and offer placements, highest package last year was 88 LPA and the average was 19.9 LPA, about 95 per cent of students get placed last year.
Remarks:
Eligibility of the course is based on JEE Mains scored Percentile, with that percentile we can appear for the josaa counselling from where we get an allotment of the National Institutes such as NIT Warangal. Reservation Benefits are available for students belonging to SC/ST category for getting a good college.
Placement Experience:
Talking about placements, that is cache, Cse avg package in 2023 is 32 lakhs per annum so u can rate about college avg package as 15 lakhs per annum. Almost 95 per cent of the total students placed with a pretty good package. The highest package this year is 88 lakh and the lowest is 6.5 lakhs.
Remarks:
Eligibility is 12th passed with 75% minimum in pcm and jee mains qualified. We can find the application form from nta website. The exam holds twice a year first from Jan to Feb and second from April to May in online mode. Reservation in the admission process is as pf govt rules. Admission is done through jossa counselling.
Placement Experience:
We can say placements are the head of this campus. This year we have 1500+ placements with an average package of 35lpa (cse) which is greater than many iits. Almost every company comes for placement as well as for an internship. Almost every cse student will get an internship and also will be placed.
Remarks:
Admission is through jee mains. You can apply to Jee mains online. The cutoff for a bachelor of technology in computer science and engineering was around 99.8 percentile or 2000 all India rank in the general category.
Placement Experience:
Many companies (from startups to multinationals) visit the institute for placements. Students will be eligible for placements from the 7th semester. The companies visited are Microsoft, Uber, De Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Oracle, etc. Around 80-90% of students get placed. The highest package is around 60 lakhs and the average is around 15-20 lakhs per annum.
Remarks:
The admission is through JEE Mains exam. Those who secure below 3000 ranks in the open category will be eligible for the course. Though this may vary from year to year. The admission process takes place through the JOSSA portal where we need to pay 35000 as a partial admission fee.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from 4-1 which is 4 th year first semester. Around 150 companies visited last year of placements and more than 1200 offers were made. The highest package was around 88 lakh with a CSE average of 26. Around 98 percent get placed. I am planning to do a job after my B.Tech.
Remarks:
I wrote JEE main, and based on that I have filled JoSAA application form, where counseling happens and I got a seat in nit Warangal CSE, with a rank of 1758.JOSAA takes care of counseling and seat allocation for IITs and nits.
Placement Experience:
There will be a Cgpa cutoff for every company. Placements are very good here as it is a top NIT There will be a number of companies visiting both for interns and placements. This year's highest package is around 80 lakhs and the average is around 25 lakhs for cse. In cse 99.9 percent gets placed.
Remarks:
You must secure a good percentile in jee mains. Admission is generally done by counseling through Josaa. There are 7 rounds in that. After getting my college at NITW, the application is done on NITW's official website.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are great here. From the first semester of fourth-year placements start. If you don't have any backlogs and have a minimal idea of your curriculum your probability of getting placement is high. Many big companies like Oracle, Amazon, Salesforce, Microsoft etc visit us and give large numbers of offers based on their need. In Cse highest package was of 65 lac and average is around 20 to 25 lac . In Cse nearly 95% get placed. I wanna do a job which I will get in campus placement.
Remarks:
I got into this college through my jee the main rank. After getting Jee's mains result, I applied to this college through josaa counseling. I opted for computer science and engineering. All required details will be provided on Josaa website or can be found on nitw website too. I don't have any reservation benefits.

I have much interest in technology and that is why I have selected computer science in one of the premier institutes in India. Each faculty has around 60 members All teachers are PhD Each month there will be some exams

I have written jee main and after that, I have got selected to nit Warangal through josaa counselling. Josaa is responsible for the seat allocation process in both iits and nits. I have availed obc reservation

I have chosen mechanical engineering as my specialization as I was really fascinated by machines since my childhood. for every faculty, there will be around 60 students, which is quite a good ratio. exams will be for every month.
Remarks:
I have qualified to join nit warangal by writing jee mains and the counseling was done by josaa which takes care of nit and iit counseling. I have availed obc reservations by writing jee main. nit warangal admission is solely based on mains.
