- The course is good as it teaches about agriculture as well as agricultural marketing and the mode of examination is offline with pen and paper according to me this course is quite good as it tells us about sustainable use of resources

- best part of the hostel is that it's located just beneath the zabarwan mountain range at the main campus shalimar, where the view is beautiful.
- The campus life is best u can easily study on the library the campus is free from noise there is almost equal gender ratio.

Course Curriculum Overview:
All the Courses are good and the faculty is cooperative and supportive. They guide you all the time and are helpful in every situation. This university feels like home where everyone is treated as a family member
Remarks:
The Entrance test is held every year and Admissions are done on the basis of that entrance test. The cutoff of the Various courses varies Veterinary science which is above 85 and for other courses above 65. This is out of 120 for the general category
Placement Experience:
SKUAST Kashmir has a dedicated placement cell that works towards providing employment opportunities to its students. The university has collaborations with various national and international organizations in the field of agriculture, horticulture, and veterinary sciences, which helps in creating job opportunities for students.

After the 12th whether you have PCB or PCMB both are eligible for the skuast entrance conducted by the skuast kashmir Forms are available online on the website of skuast kashmir Benifit are for reserved categories
Course Curriculum Overview:
As Kashmir is a horticulture based union territory. Most of the people are engaged in Horticulture. Because of its vast future I choose the course BSc of Horticulture. The faculty student ratio in our campus is about 1:15 Qualification of all the faculty members is very high.All are PHDs in their respective courses. Teaching methods is mostly on smart classes. Practical classes are also very high in the faculty. There were mid exams and end term exams in each semester. Gap for exams was mostly 5-6 weeks. Difficulty level of exams is moderate.
Remarks:
The eligibility for the course is 10+2 with science biology as the main subject. The student should have 60% marks in the 10+2 examination. The application form, application fees and application dates are found at the official website of the skuast kashmir that is @skuastkashmir.nic.in The reservation benefits of OBC category is 20 percent. Mainly the admission process is offline. It goes very hectic for the students to go for offline mode. Fully online mode for admission process will be beneficial for all students.
