Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) was established in 2006. It is an affiliating university with 202 affiliated colleges. At present, the university offers B.Tech, B.Arch and BHMCT courses at UG level and M.Tech, M.Arch, MBA, MAM, MTM and MCA courses at the postgraduate level. Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) also offers a Ph.D. program in various specializations at the Doctorate level.

The university conducts Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) for admission to BE/ B.Tech and B.Arch programs. JEE Main qualified candidates will be preferred for the REAP process. Admission to the BHMCT program is completely merit-based.

Rajasthan Technical University Fees & Eligibility

M.Tech and M.Arch admission is granted on the basis of marks obtained in BE/ B.Tech or equivalent degree followed by Centralized Admission for M.Tech/M.Arch (RTU-CAM).
GATE score holders are also eligible to apply for the RTU CAM process in order to secure admission.
MBA admission is offered on the basis of a valid score in Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) or CMAT
For the MCA program, RTU conducts Rajasthan Master in Computer Applications Test (RMCAAT).
At the doctoral level, the institute offers a Ph.D. under three specializations. In order to enroll students for Ph.D. programs, RTU-DAT is conducted by the University.

Rajasthan Technical University B.Tech. Selection Criteria

Admission to the B.Tech. program is based on the marks secured by the candidate in the 10+2 qualifying exam followed by REAP counseling but preference will be given to those who have applied on the basis of the JEE Main score.

Rajasthan Technical University B.Tech. Registration Process

Application form for both the courses can be filled online by following the below-listed steps:

Visit the official portal of REAP and fill the application form.
Pay the application fee of INR. 750/- through e-Mitra Kiosk or online payment via credit card/debit card or net banking.
For the selected e-Mitra Kiosk, the candidate must take a printout of the generated invoice of INR. 750/- and pay the amount at the nearest e-Mitra Kiosk. Once the fee is deposited, the candidate will be provided a 12 or 16-digit code which will be required to log in again for the application confirmation process.
In case of online payment, once the payment is completed, the candidate will receive an alphanumeric code which must be retained for later use.
Upload a recent passport photograph (100 KB) and signature (50 KB) in JPG format.
Final admission is subject to choice locking and allotment of seats at the time of counseling.

Note: Students must note that they have to bring all the desired documents (Two self-attested copies along with originals) at the time of final admission.

Admission:

After passing 12th I give RPET Exam.. after clearing the pret than selecting of college I choose poornima college of engineering as my college. The eligibility is 12th pass or you can do it after diploma. Application fee was around 1000/- and form was filled in March. The admission process is good, clear, and satisfactory.

First of all, for getting admission to this college you have to get through the function on the basis of JEE mains school or on the basis of class 12th percentage like 83 about and then the application form that is rip counseling only where you can just fill the reap form and you will get the admission in the college and I don't think there will any improvement in the admission process.

There was no entrance exam. One can quickly get admission based on JEE score or directly based on the 12th percentage. College also provides all types of scholarships offered by the government for reservation students and also gives fee concessions to students who can't afford that much fees.
