Form 7th Semester I started attending placements. I placed over 4 companies. Moreover, 70 to 80 % of students will get placed I planned to gain more knowledge in my field and to be Successful.

Remarks :

I choose to attend Karunya University because I feel infrastructure and the staff I have seen are Well and Good and Karunya is Nice place to study.

Ans. I have a few friends who graduated from Karunya University and according to them, it is a decent university for pursuing your MBA. The academics and teaching methodology employed at the institute is great. However, the placement record of the university is not that great. The companies that come to campus placement for MBA are very few in number. But if you have the required skills you can get off-campus placement. According to the recent placement highlights the highest CTC offered at the institute is 25 LPA.Read more

Ans. I have a few friends who graduated from Karunya University. According to them, it is a decent option for pursuing a course in CSE. Generally for CSE, you need to learn almost everything by self-study. Karunya offers good academics but you will need to put in the effort to do well. There are many professors who take extra classes for app development, web development, etc. A number of clubs are available that you can join for programming, mobile app, open-source software, networking, etc. Labs are well-equipped. However, for CSE, you won’t need much besides your laptop. Karunya regularly conducts Project Expo, Technical Fest, Workshop, etc. CSE has the best placement record at the university. More than 70% of students from CSE get placed. The highest CTC offered at the institute in the recent placement drive was 25 LPA. So, overall, Karunya University is a good option for pursuing CSE.Read more

Ans. College life at Karunya University is the same for both boys and girls. You will have to follow the dress code, attendance, and morning prayers. When it comes to hostels, girls and boys have different rules. Overall rules for girls are more strict. Girls have curfews around 6-6:30. Boys can stay outside for longer. You will also be under CCTV surveillance on campus. Overall, if you choose your friends wisely, you can have a good time during your stay at the institute. Read more

Ans. There are many activities that you can do during the weekends at Karunya University. You can go to Siruvani falls and spend some time there. Specialties about Siruvani Waterfalls are the sunset and the Shiva Lingam. You can make a group and go to Poondi and have a great trekking experience. If you want to study and learn things there is unlimited wifi on campus. There is also a library with a good collection of books in the institute. You can issue whichever book you need. There is a huge ground and a gym too if you are interested in sports or fitness. Other than that students usually complete their assignments, wash clothes, binge-watch favorite series, and spend time with their friends, during weekends. Read more

Ques. How good is the accomodation in the Karunya University hostels?

Ans. I have a few friends from Karunya University. According to them, the hostel facilities are quite good. In the first and second year, you will have to stay in 4-seater rooms with four random people. In the third or fourth year, you can change to single seater/4-seater/6-seater rooms. For single-seater rooms, you will have to pay an extra 5,000 each semester. Every room in the hostel is facilitated with a proper cot, tube lights, study table, clean bathrooms, housekeeping, and proper ventilation. You can also use a wall shelf for keeping your belongings. The rooms are spacious. However, the rooms are non-ac. The hostels are safe. There is 24/7 security. The food and accommodation facilities are worth the money. The curfew time for students to enter the hostel is around 7 in the evening. Very few colleges in Tamil Nadu can match up to the standard of Karunya when it comes to hostel and accommodation. The hostel is very strict when it comes to discipline.Read more
