Application for admission to the Central University of Himachal Pradesh has to be online through https://cuhimachaladmission.samarth.edu.in/.

The Application process involves the following steps:

Step I: Register at the application portal.

Step II: Complete the online application Form with correct details.

Step III: Upload documents as per specification.

Step IV: Preview and edit the application form

Step V: Pay Application Fee using Debit/ Credit cards or Net banking:

Step VII: Submit the completed form

Please note that both undergraduate as well as post-graduate applicants can use one single application for applying to two UG or two PG degrees.

Photocopies of documents that need to presented at the time of registration, for verification purposes along with the originals are:

All Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, and Mark-Sheets of all academic qualifications
Sponsored candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
Candidates with a gap of more than two years between the qualifying examination and the year of Application for admission in the university, should submit a Self-Declaration/ Self-Certification justifying the gap-period.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).
Kashmiri migrant certificate (if applicable).
Proof of Permanent residence

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

CUHP offers four-semesters M.A. degree in

Basic Admission Criteria	FEAT

Except for Hindi and Sanskrit, all other specializations in the M.A. program at CUHP requires the applicants to qualify any Bachelor’s/UG degree from a recognized University.
M.A. in Hindi applicants need to hold an undergraduate degree in Hindi from a recognized university.
For M.A. in Sanskrit, applicants are required to have completed either an undergraduate degree in Sanskrit or the Shastri examination from a recognized University. Applicants who hold a Shastri qualification will be given 10% weightage on their score, limited to the prescribed maximum marks.
Applicants must have scored a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying exam.
Applicants have to appear for the CUHP conducted PG Entrance Test FEAT.

CUHP admits students on the basis of merit in the Further Education Admission Test (FEAT) Score.
The university releases three consecutive selection lists after declaration of the Admission Test results, on the basis of which students can register for admission.
