Ans.  The hostel is a 3-storeyed building consisting of 30 rooms, 10 rooms on each floor for boys and girls studying D.M., M.D., DTCD, and Ph.D. courses in the Institute. The rooms are fully furnished and facilities of a common room (for visitors, reading and watching TV. etc.). There is a well equipped Mess with a dining room and kitchen having all modern facilities. The rooms are allotted to the students of VPCI on a first cum first serve basis.

Ans.  Yes, the clinical wing of the Institute is the Viswanathan Chest Hospital, formerly called the Clinical Research Center. It provides facilities for patient care (outpatient, indoor, emergency and intensive care), and teaching and training of postgraduates in Pulmonary Medicine.
