Also, do not think of summer internships as final placements. You may not get an internship at a reputed company, but you will get an internship for sure. Final placements are a whole different game than summer placements. There have been instances where students who have done internships at smaller companies have landed top jobs during final placements. So, it actually matters less which company you did an internship for, rather grades, business acumen is more important for final placements. You should focus on studies, participating in business school competitions to hone your skills and you will definitely do well in your placements.

But this rigor will help you learn time management. Nightlife on campus is exciting as a number of exciting things take place at night Friendships: Every good college experience requires a good group of friends without which your survival might become more difficult. Everything depends on your choice, you either take it or leave it.

Placement Experience:

Placements are excellent in this college. Return on Investment matters a lot for people; in this college, they have taken care of that factor. The ROI is quite good compared to other B-schools. In our college, faculties give two years of extension to do any startup you like, and also they provide 25lakhs; if it doesn't work, you come to campus, they will give you placements.

Internships Opportunities:

Many reputed companies are coming to our campus to hire interns. Some companies are Coca-Cola, Bains, Deloitte, IBM, PWC, Kotak, ICICI, ITC, Loreal, Titan, HSBC, etc. The average stipend is around 40000, which is very good compared to other B-schools.

Get yourself into the rigour and learn to lead

Placement Experience:

The placement has been very good this academic year. With over 111 PPOs out of 357 students and the whole batch being placed much before the new year kicked it although the market observing a slump shows the placement scenario. The average package offered was around 20LPA and even the SIP's performance was also good with many big brands selecting the students for an 8-10 weeks tenure.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship opportunities has been very good this academic year with companies like Bain &Co to Tata steel, Samsung and many more. The stipend offered has also been very decent and the roles are ranging from marketing research position to supply chain and even consulting. So the diversity has been quite fair among the roles and aided by decent brand names and stipends.

XIMB proudly announced its 100% placement for the batch of 21-23. This year 72 companies visited our campus for the recruitment drive.This year's highest package was 71.5lac and the average package of 20.30lac, the median salary stood at around 19.25lac for the cohort of 356 students. record breaking 111ppos were offered to the students. key roles offered: product manager, portfolio manager, consultant, area sales manager, brand manager, etc. prominent recruiters include Microsoft, Bain and company, McKinsey Company, Arcesium, Jio, and many others. Final placements drive starts when the students are in the second year.

Internships Opportunities:

For the Summer's 21 there was a total of 91 recruiters, the average stipend offered was1.17lacs and the highest stipend offered was 3.5lacs., sector-wise placements 21% in consulting, 20% in manufacturing, 16% in BFSI, 12% in FMCG, 21% in IT and10% others. My plans after getting the degree are to get a placement from college and climb the corporate ladder in the future.
